Don't buy in that store
Bought 3 records and 3 tapes I thought but no no.
They couldn't live and they promised everything. But not a damn thing happened.
Now they have promised for 2 months to send me my money back.
But no money And they don't answer emails anymore.
They are only thieves. Buy your music elsewhere

I placed a pre order in January 2025; however due to legal issues involving another label Agonia records was unable to resolve the matter, so there are no records to send. Only recently did they make an official announcement stating that customers would be refunded. Since September 2025 I have repeatedly contacted the record company regarding my refund. Each time they assured me it would be processed immediately, yet four months have passed and I have still not received the refund and their respond have been dismissive or mocking.

I ordered three LP's, a tape and a CD. They came almost six months delayed, and upon arrival they were damaged due to insufficient packaging from Agonia. I spent more than a mont mailing them, and seeking a solution, but the only answers I got was "I will let my boss know". This kept on for a mont, but still no action. I then posted my complaint on their Facebook. It resulted in immediate action! They banned me from their Facebook.

Horrible experience with their record shop and their customer support.
Incredible slow delivery;
horrible poor packaging all vinyls ordered arrived with creased corners;
One album ordered in black vinyl variant as I already owned the red colour variant.. got the same red colour one, same with a double black vinyl, i got the gold edition which I already had.
One item was supposed to have an enclosed download code for the digital format of that album.. guess what? nope not there.

Then, in the very same order I wanted one album in both variants released on vinyl, both supposedly have an A2 poster enclosed, one had it the other not.

No reply whatsoever to my complaint, no feedback on my messages sent to their facebook messenger "business" account, just an automated reply "they're busy " . Absolutely useless, shambles and to be avoided at any cost, buy their releases through third party resellers, a shame for the bands they signed with to have such a horrible shop to take care of their own releases.

I ordered a vinyl that had 2 versions. Didn’t get the album that I chose, they sent me the other version. Tried to blame it on me for ordering the wrong version (I didn’t order the other version) and never showed me proof that I did order the wrong one.
No offer of return, or refund.
Seems like other reviewers on here have tge same sort of issues.
I won’t be buying any future releases from Agonia and recommend you avoid buying direct, as you might not get what you ordered.

Bei meiner ersten Bestellung kam noch alles an, aber auch erst nachdem ich mein Geld bei PayPal zurückgeholt habe. Dann ging es aufeinmal fix.
Aber beim zweiten Mal gab es keine Antwort mehr und ich warte immernoch auf die LP. Die Auswahl und die Produkte sind gut, aber die kriegen nichts geschissen. Schade...weil eigentlich haben die gute Sachen und leider ist vieles exklusiv. Ich hoffe ein paar Bands merken das und suchen sich neue labels.
Ich frage mich echt wie der Laden läuft. Anscheinend ist das ja kein Einzelfall.

At first I was affraid because of the other reviews on this site, but since Agonia got exclusive items I decided to order.
Delivery took 2 weeks and went well

Waited 3 months...then they changed the color of the vinyl I ordered...then they cancelled the flag...only got the money back because I report them to PayPal...they only answer once a day...i asked for compensation or a bonus...they said only with my next order...no way..i rather order from discogs...never again...Yes avoid!!

Uděláte si objednávku 6.12. a 2 týdny se nic neděje....píšete emaily a dotazujete se
Objednávka dorazí 23.12., avšak místo objednaných LP dorází CD.....reklamujete a navrhujete vyzvednutí kurýrem zpět a odeslání správného zboží....píšete emaily a opět několik dní nic.... poté dojde odpověď a navrhují Vám odprodej CD se slevou, já odpovídám že CD opravdu nechci a chci moje LP.... opět několik dní se nic neděje....
Před cca týdnem konečně odpověď, že již zařizují vyzvednutí kurýrem...../objednání přepravy trvá mentálně postiženému či primátovi jen několik minut - opravdu nic ve zlém/,ale člověku Karel Gumowski který má na starosti reklamace, to nezvládne ani za týden.... velice zvláštní a smutný přístup, pokud dnes nedojde k posunu zítra odesílám klidně i na své náklady, avšak jestli mi odešlou mé zboží mi není vůbec jasné....opravdu děsivá zkušenost a jen kdyby se nejednalo o hudbu, kterou mám nadevše rád

17.1. si kurýr vyzvedl CDs, ty dorazily do Agonie 21.1. a od té doby čekám na odeslání mých LPs Tento pseudo eshop již nikdy

No shippings of orders for weeks. No answers. Comments on Facebook will be delete.

Got nothing for my money. Ordered 8 CDs and a shirt. No reaction on my e-mails. Opened a paypal claim right now.

it's all quite well but archaic bank transfer and one little thing, if you change your mind and decide not to buy the product they make you to buy it anyways, because returning of money is simply impossible, you can write they say "ok we transfer your money back asap" and nothing changes but when you are decided to buy from them they offer nice quality and nice price items.

Low quality product! They make you pay, but when you see the product and want to return it, it will cost you.

Fake company. You never receive the products. Do not fall in the trap.

They do not properly control payments by bank transfer. They charge a plus per transfer. Very poor shipments. Communication with them leaves a lot to be desired. On the other hand they have great bands like Aosoth or Proscriptor Macgovern Apsu.

My experiences with Agonia Records have been terrible. Orders have been bungled up a few times, and they stop answering when they do. Postage fees are insane even compared to Finnish ones, and they also make you pay paypal fees. No idea why they even charge you money for the bank transfer, which is free between EU countries.

I don't know what actually saves them from getting a 1 star rating? They have some pretty good bands signed up, and I can only wonder why. I guess they don't treat their bands as crappy as their customers. The special editions are pretty nice too, but also very pricey.

All in all, I would recommend to avoid them if possible. High postages and hidden fees mixed with clearly incompetent staff isn't the combination that you should support with your hard earned money. Avoid.

Sent me the wrong item and then tried to sell that item to me when i complained.
Their support ignored my messages completely and when they finally sent me a refund they omitted the shipping which i had to make a paypal case for.
Will not buy anything from them again.
