First time using this company, prices were competitive and vehicle list was very good. I was a bit concerned with the amount of luggage and was quickly put at ease by Jenna, that the driver would accommodate. Also the response time for the email exchange was excellent given that I was 7 hours ahead in Thailand. Very impressed, finally an internet company with great service and no AI.

My mother got back yesterday and she praised the service from AH Airport Taxi.

She said that the driver helped her locate the taxi in the car park in a busy airport. The drivers have always helped her with loading the bags in the car and they are kind and approachable .

We have used AH a few times now and we find the booking very easy and hassle free on the website and giving both options to pay online or pay the driver is perfect for budgeting.

We booked AH Airport Taxi for return trip from home to Luton Airport on 30/05/2026 and back on 06/06/2026 night . I was very impressed with the email updates i received with the Driver name and contact mobile for both trips . Drivers were on time to pick us up and were very helpfull . I find this company is very realible and their service is beyond my expectation. I recommend highly for Airport transfers.

Great service from AH Airport Taxi. I received a message with the name and number of my driver the evening before which I found really reassuring. None of the „what do I do if the taxi doesn’t turn up. The car was clean and comfortable. On the return, I had a similar text with clear instructions of how to meet up and was pleased to see the same driver. I will definitely use this company again.
