Dr. Ahmet Dilber Avis 23

I wish so much I could rewind time and not have this procedure done by this man.
I had upper blepharoplasty and explained that I don’t want to look different, I wanted my right eye that had more hooding that my left to match. I adored my eyes. They were my favourite feature about myself.
I originally went in to have just my right eye operated on, he persuaded me to have both done due to symmetry, seeing as this is the reason I was having it done in the first place, I trusted him.
I was wrong to. He didn’t take a little bit of skin as requested to even them out, he took all skin and fat in my upper eyelids, giving a hollow and aged appearance. Completely changing my naturally almond shape eyes to round and enlarged looking.
I look completely different. One eye was stitched so badly that I now have raised scarring, uneven scarring and a double fold/crease. From reading other reviews, I believe he allows inexperienced surgeons to practise on patients with him as he makes you sign something saying you are having for other people to work on you - I assumed this meant nurses assisting him. He also cut the muscles in my eyes which he stated on the medical report, this means I now have muscle tightness, muscle spasms, more intense and frequent headaches, almost every day, a grit feeling in my eyes, I’m unable to close my eye properly without squeezing tight due to how much skin has been taken off and in overall discomfort and pain every single day. I believe my eyes don’t close at night which is why I have the grit feeling in my eyes as they are chronically dry and therefore I have developed pinguecula.
This has affected my mental health like nothing I have ever experienced before. I don’t recognise myself, I’m in pain and I regret this decision so much.
I’ve been to a few surgeons who have said skin grafts are recommended but this will not be aesthetic. My life as I know it has been ruined.
I’ve been signed off work for months and had to resort to therapy to try and help. When I told this to the doctor, he had zero empathy at all. His response was “you booked an upper blepharoplasty so you got an upper blepharoplasty”. Not once did I ever request for all of my eyelid skin to be taken off let alone any muscles cut.
His only offer was to “cut out the scar” from my eye, as if I haven’t already had enough skin cut out.
Please avoid this man.

Dr. Dilber changed my life. The only regret I have is that I didn’t find him sooner. From beginning to the end, dr dilber and his team took great care of me. They are very professional and it makes the process so much easier! The results are amazing. I can’t stop starring at my nose. I’ve received so many compliments and I feel so much more confident. The doctor and his assistant are great, and so are the nurses. The aftercare was perfect, and even four months post-op, the communication is still flawless. Whenever I have a question or concern, I get the answer within a few hours.

It's really a dream come true for me. I regret hesitating and taking so long to do it. Such a life changer!

Okay, I just have to write this review for anyone thinking about getting a forehead reduction. Honestly? It has completely changed my life. I'm not even exaggerating.
I’m now 6 months post-op, and while I’m still healing (which is totally normal!), the results are already amazing.
From the very beginning, the entire experience with Dr. Ahmet Dilber and his team was perfect. Everyone was so professional, but also super welcoming, which made a huge difference. I honestly felt 100% safe and in good hands the entire time. They answered all my questions (even the silly ones!) and just made me feel really secure about my decision.
But let's talk about the results! It is exactly what I wanted.
The best part? It looks SO natural. Seriously, nobody has noticed! I haven't gotten a single "Oh, did you have surgery?" comment. People just say I look great or that something is different in a good way, but they can't figure out what. That's exactly the look I was going for.
I finally feel so much more confident and just... like myself. I can't thank Dr. Dilber enough to solve my biggest insecurity since being a child. If you are even considering this, I 1000% recommend him. He’s amazing!

I thought surgery would be terrifying but due to Dr Dilber and his team, I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. I’m almost 1 year post op and couldn’t be happier with my nose. I was treated like a queen from start to finish and still get replies to messages really quickly even though my surgery was almost a year ago.

I recently got a forehead reduction 6 months ago and I couldn’t be happier! Something that was a big insecurity is no longer an insecurity and it’s all thanks to Dr. Dilber and his team. Dr. Dilber is kind and listened to my concerns all while giving me his professional opinion and what would look best. His assistant was also very kind and responsive- always answering any of my questions, concerns and relaying any important information! The overnight nurse was very attentive as was the custodian of the hospital to my family and I. I would definitely recommend Dr. Dilber and his team for any procedures!
