Big Scam!! First debited double payments. They only refunded when I wrote a threatening post of FB about Commerce Act breaches. Now months later they have deducted double the amount, made a false subscription and taken unauthorized funds!!

I signed up for the courses done 2 so far really helpful and very understanding. Learn a lot so far. Would recommend it to anyone that would learn how to use Chatgpt to its fullest. Cant wait to dive into the next courses

I signed up for the $49.47 introductory program on 2 September. At no time are you told that this is a subscription, nor did I authorize any additional payment.
On 9th September my credit card was charged another $97.97 I have contacted the company with a refund request but they are refusing to issue a refund. I will be going to my bank to sort this out.

I wish I had read some of these reviews before signing up for the introductory program.
Br warned, do not give this company your credit card. They will take your card information and charge you for services you did not request.

I signed up for what was clearly advertised as a $49.99 service. Instead, my account was hit with a $246.99 charge I never authorized. When I contacted support, I was given vague explanations with no clear resolution. I have not accessed the services, yet they’ve refused to provide a prompt refund.

This is unacceptable business practice. I am now disputing the charge with my bank and will escalate further if needed. Be extremely cautious before sharing payment information with this company.

Continued 9/7/2025: Sam at AI "Pro Academy" continues to avoid my questions about services and my refund via email. He starts a new email chain with every email we send so all communication is not in one chain.

They offered a complete satisfaction guarantee and refund. They refuse to honor it. The program is full of outdated AI strategies, and their course creator 'program' is a repository of digital products anyone can create with ChatpGPT for free and with better quality. I've had 6 emails with them and they simply refuse to honor their own refund policy. Stay away.

Charges were unauthorized and not refunded. What a Fraud!

I had no tech background, but the intro to AI course made everything digestible. Now I'm using AI in my day job like pro! It's really worth a try.

I absolutely loved this AI course! I found the explanations clear and the pacing just right. It helped me quickly grasp core concepts. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to build a strong foundation or switch from other languages.

This company continues to debit my account long after I cancelled my membership and have been in contact with support and the company owner.

I have sent screenshots of the cancellation.
Tom Johanson replies with the same auto replies and nothing is resolved.

Auto debit without consult. See more people have this maybe we have to take them to court together.

It’s a scam. First they let you pay for one dollar for bots. Those qualiti are also not high.

Two days later they auto debit 97 dollar extra.

When you complain they say they can only refund you a little. As a friend or it have to go to the billing department. And then you have no change.

So another blackmail? Till now 97 dollar gone and no money back

Woke up this morning to find that they have auto debited $97 from my credit card, and I am alarmed that it didn't ask for an otp nor did their advertisement adequately highlight that they will be charging after 3 days. I am disappointed of this experience as I felt blindsided as a consumer.

UPDATE: they replied that they cannot refund, so I had my bank claw back the funds citing that this was a fraudulent, unauthorised purchase. Bank was able to take care of it but had to disable my old card and re issue as it seems AI Pro has stored my info and can continue to charge illegally.

ANOTHER UPDATE (Aug 2025): this company tried to erase this review by flagging it as a review that might have been meant for another company and thus will be erased if no confirmation in a few days. This review is most definitely for AI PRO ACADEMY.

I purchased the $1 option and they took $97 off my account. I have requested a refund today. To be fair I will give it a few days. Just a warning to you the rest of you out there. Use a temporary credit card to make the payment.

This is a total scam, do not fall for this. Purchased their course for entire year and when login to their platform I see only 5-6h of scrapped content which is probably not even theirs and taken from someone else. Beware of these scammers, do not buy!!!

I’ve just started the course. Concepts are well explained and presented. Hoping to get a better understanding of AI after completion but more so I want to be able to apply concepts to solve problems.

It was really good because it's concentrated in essentials, it doesn't have many unnecessary and over complicated details, like other courses that I took. And the complex concepts are explained in easy terms and life examples and coding examples. I am sure I will take AI PRO courses as well.

The course is well-structured, with concise videos covering specific topics. I'm 23% through it and have already learned a lot. I'm really grateful for this—it's definitely worth it. The videos are engaging, and I don't find myself getting bored at all.

It's good! I've come across some things that don't seem to be useful for what I'm trying to do, would love it if there also video instructions that were tailored to different types of programs. Seems a bit rushed sometimes (coming from the viewpoint of an absolute newbie) but I love the way he teaches aside from that. Very clear, and I understand it way better than books I've read, or other videos I've seen so far. Sales are great too, absolutely worth the money paid!

Excellent teaching of concepts. Also, we have the app which provides the ability to speed up and slow down the video based on our ease. I would love to recommend it to anyone who is interested.
