Works With AiDot Avis 279

EnHulk is not a good company. Bought a weekender last July had a 2 year warranty. I went to charge battery and it would not charge. Been getting ran around for a month now and all we get is the same email worded differently. Was hoping the company would standby there product. All I ask was replace battery or give me a refund. Amazon is my next step since EnHulk don't believev in there self
Or care about customers. Very POOR service.

I never received my order and I reached out to customer and still haven’t received a response. It’s been over a month

Really appreciate a new lightbulb being sent to me so quickly after the first one did not work. However, these aren’t as reliable as some of the others that I have used like hue lightbulbs, but a cheaper option.

The product was delivered in a timely manner and was as advertised.

Installing my new Smart bulbs was a cinch, but the manual doesn't include pairing two in the same fixture. I used the chat to ask how to do this,but it was after five and the live support was already closed. The next day, there was an answer waiting for me that included the vital missing piece of app information; the + key in the top right corner gave me everything I needed to complete the programming. Thank you Aidot, and the support person who helped with my question.

Excellent product fast shipping

We have purchased bulbs, curtain lights, and plugs from them. They all work great and connect very easily. App is easy to navigate.

Products are good and shipping was as expected. I will plan to buy my smart stuff from them moving forward.

AiDot is amazing! I had an issue with a purchase.. possibly the product I got from them got damaged during shipment. They were very good in analyzing my issue and sent me replacement!

The smart bulbs work excellently with Alexa. I have these bulbs all throughout my house so I never have to walk into a dark room again.

Good price point for bulbs that connect effortlessly, have a group ability and all sorts of themes. Individual control and color and whites. Great product, ill buy them for all my remaining lights!

Responded quicky to our issue and had it resolved.

I've had this product for a year now. For 6-7 months, no problem. Then lights started to come on/off when they wanted, not according to schedule. I can't fix it. Right now two of the three lights in the front ard on. I contacted the company. No response. Then, a few days later I got an email asking me how my contact with the company was. Hmmm. I wanted this product to work, but I can't trust it.
