Bought two, zero worked. avoid them.
Bought two. Installed first one on gun 1, a palmetto arms receiver. Bolt would not cycle. then removed it, and installed the second one on that gun. same issue. Took apart, installed on a 12 year old sig ar platform. Same problem! Emailed them, they sent another one! Even though I told them both failed. Installed third one. Same issue on both frames. I sent them a video this time! I asked for a refund, and offered to return to the three bad units if they sent me a label. They refused and said that since I was returning them for no reason, they would accept return but only credit me 75%. So I turned it over to AMEX. IF I had to guess the CSRs are not US based or they are smoking too much pot at work. I clearly gave them info that they failed to notice.
Now trust pilot is telling me that they are contesting my review as a non customer. I just had to provide the order number. They have the video of it not working!

The product does not work
The product does not work. The buffer spring detent is too long. Will not let the bolt go back. Very dangerous. Customer service is non responsive. Horrible service, and terrible product. And it is not all steel construction as they claim.
Don't do it.

Product failed after 60 rounds
I was at the range and afer two mags i felt something wrong with the bolt, i pressed the release button and as i was folding the stock the buffer and sping came flying out apparently the pin holding the buffer in was cut off. This was installed by my gun smith. The device was never tight, i would never reccomend this for self defence or any serious situations. Also they have no phone number they never return emails it took for ever.

Don’t buy this product!! Scam
Don’t buy this product. I requested a return authorization and they didn’t respond for 33 days. They refused to take the return because it was now past their 30 day return period. I filed a dispute with my VISA card. Poor quality item and a total sham. Definitely not a U.S. company, check the grammar in their responses.

Their customer service is horrible
Their customer service is horrible. They will try to bully you if you wish to make a return. They will then refuse to give you a refund if anything at all. Stay away at all costs!! I’m a veteran and I try to support American companies but they are a scam.
Update: they no longer reply to any emails. I can't get a hold of anyone in customer support anymore.
