Great team, great user interface and huge value add to sales team. There are a few bugs which nee to be ironed out. The support team is super helpful, big shout out to Tamara & Ksenija for their support and helpfulness.

Extremely frustrating product. I wasted a week troubleshooting known issues that support never mentioned, despite my asking multiple times.

The inbox function is terrible - painfully slow to load, crashes constantly, and tag filtering doesn't work - this alone makes the product unusable.

Support is friendly but unhelpful, with an excuse for everything: the inbox doesn't work because of a LinkedIn update, n8n triggers don't work because n8n is too complex... I pay for the service to solve these problems, not to have to document them for you for free.

Don't bother waiting for the devs, they'll never get back to you.

There's no reminder when the trial ends. I contacted them 6 hours after billing started, explaining why the product was unusable, but apparently issuing refunds is too complex for a SaaS company - though they'll happily offer credit for their more of their broken services.

I could go on with the issues experienced in just one week, but I'll end with a quote from Claude:

"Aimfox - Users experience bugs particularly with inbox synchronization, and most concerning are multiple reports of LinkedIn account warnings and suspensions"

Amazing piece of software! It solved our LinkedIn outreach problem with ease. We opted for the Agency package and the support from Ksenija was amazing, really helpful and always on hand through Slack to give a hand when needed.

I've used other platforms by find that Aimfox is easier to use, has a good interface and the pricing just makes sense.

The customer team has been amazing. I've had a demo and decided to use it straight after.

Once you get your eye into it, it's a really straight forward platform to operate in.

I’ve used cleverly, heyreach, and dripify before I came across Aimfox. Aimfox has been a great platform with a price point that makes it easy to onboard.

Customer service has been great during thr experience. Have had a few bugs here and there but nothing awful and the sales and CS team has been extremely helpful. The entire time. Even though I only had one license and I’m sure they have clients that have a lot more they never made me feel like I wasn’t a priority.

Very easy to set up and execute campaigns. As well as manage inboxes for other team members.

Aimfox has revolutionized our linkedin outreach strategy and results. We are able to stack multiple accounts, outreach, and book new meetings at scale. On top of this, the Ksenija and the customer support team have made it very easy for us to do campaigns successfully + set up appropriate sales-related automations. 5/5 stars, fully recommend.

The product was amazing. Very rarely do you see a product that works with LinkedIn. It consolidated everything I needed in one place. Also, I wanted to do mass messaging, and it did that well. I would rather pay for this than pay for premium LinkedIn. It also helps with connecting with the right people. Worth every dime.
