Not worth any stars if I could give a negative star rating I would. SCAM SCAM SCAM. they ripped me off with plastic toys crap that was advertised as a good quality product. Wasn't silicon hard plastic not even good enough to pass as a prop/look alike of what I paid for I'm embarrassed ashamed and upset I will never ever use my bank or identification online ever again Temu good service made me feel comfortable and I put my guard down.

TOTAL SCAMMERS I BOUGHT THE TEETH from their other FRAUDULENT company called QATTEEEY I REQUESTED A REFUND & they're trying to offer me a 15% refund & a $1AU COUPON!!! Then they offered me a 20% refund & then they said due to logistics costs they can only give me a 25% refund!!! I'm like NO I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN FULL

When I buy online I always use either ZIP OR AFTERPAY AS THESE COMPANIES ARE BEING USED FOR FRAUD THEY CAN HUNT THEM DOWN & GET THEIR MONEY WHICH THEY ACTUALLY DO!!
I get my money back & they have the resources to track these scammers & get their money from them.WATCH-OUT FOR SOMEONE CALLED ORLA AS SHE/HE IS THE ONE WHO IS SENDING ME THE EMAILS..

Do not buy this company is a rip off and product is not what show in picture

This is a total scam. I failed in my due diligence to check reviews before committing any money. Advertised as an amazing AI 2nd generation programmable cute puppy. What I got was a cheap dollar shop battery operated toy with cheap “fur”, a cardboard cut out for a tongue a a weird sound identified as a bark and able to turn in circles only. A bit of narrow gift wrapping ribbon as a collar. It was literally thrown in a box no padding. The box shows a puppy with all the expected features advertised non of which were came with the poor quality toy enclosed. $60 and don’t expect an apology let alone refund. BEWARE.

The glasses are for reading only. No changing color in sunlight, for nearby only. The commercial promises miracles…reality: I wear them over my normal varifocus glasses, now I can read my cryptogrammes a littlevbetter… But I Will return the glasses to Ainierbuy.

Latest: Aimierbuy customerservice contacted me and proposed partial refund.

We purchased the dentures, when they arrived it was a narrow piece of plastic that would not even fit in his mouth. I emailed the so called support and 2 months later are still waiting for a reply. I agree Zero should be an option.

I supposedly purchased 3 AI robotic kittens which arrived and are neither AI nor robotic and absolutely crappy junk worth 3 or 4 dollars not $36 each 🤦‍♂️
Total scam, do not purchase from aimierbuy ever!
After much communication they offered a 20% discount although in the YouTube ad they offered full money back refund! my worst online shopping experience ever!

The false teeth are rubbish and don’t even fit and biting on apples etc is a complete waste and very painful leading to bleeding of the mouth.
Like all adverts on YouTube that are mostly created and funded by the Chinese even though like look like western made they are not and are either absolutely crap or total scams you get your money as YouTube only cares about the money from advertisers not the real true quality of any products sold but YouTube knows this but don’t care they attitude is BEWARE THE BUYER

We purchased 2 units of the wet mob, but on receipt of the goods, they are of sub-standard and not working well. We have not opened the 2nd unit, so we just asked for the return and refund of the unit. However, they only said to give us a credit note. On second request, they offered again either the credit note or refund of only 20% of the cost. This is really not an acceptable business behaviour. The rating should be zero definitely not 1 star.

Wish I could give a ZERO rating to this company as this is the worst scam I have unfortunately fallen victim to. I ordered a robot dog and received an item that was nothing like the product advertised. It does not look nor do anything claimed in the advert! I hounded the customer service for a week on numerous platforms and was told they do not accept returns. Finally I received a partial refund (40%), which is still a rip off for this cheap Chinese garbage. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Do NOT waste your money or time with aimierbuy.com. This company is a complete rip-off, using AI-generated video ads to scam people, especially grandparents looking for gifts. They show fancy videos, but what you get is junk quality at premium prices.
On top of the terrible products and deceptive advertising, they simply do not respond to emails. If you have an issue, you're on your own. There's no customer service to be found.
Aimierbuy.com preys on trust with fake ads and then delivers cheap, overpriced goods, leaving you with no way to contact them when things go wrong.
Save yourself the headache and the money. Do NOT buy anything from aimierbuy.com.

My emails are being ignored. I want to return the stick vacuum cleaner as it is not fit for purpose.
it is packed and ready for collection. I have written at least a dozen requests to no avail.

I have bought two robot puppies and was surprised by the ones I received.
They are totally different than the advertised ones.
I have sent an email for refund and waiting for reply I wish I have seen reviews before buying

I ordered a stick vacuum from Amierbuy but was surprised to not receive a confirmation of order. I had paid through PayPal but, checking my bank statement, found the order hadn't gone through. On investigation with the bank, I found that both PayPal and therefore the bank had blocked the payment.. I assumed they must have had problems with the company.

First of all, the size chart is not accurate. I ordered two bras in L based on the size chart. The products are too small. I sent an email to the customer support requesting for exchange procedures. End up they put me in a loop with 7 emails with pictures and order number every time telling me to email to different department without actual response. Now, totally no response from them.
I don't recommend dealing with this company.

Ik merkte dat de GT4 Pro smartwatch niet eens een dag zonder opladen kon (7 dagen wordt beloofd) en de 4e dag na ontvangst gaat het horloge helemaal niet meer aan. Het stukje staal waarmee je het horlogebandje mee vast maakt ging bij licht aanraken al direct stuk, direct nadat ik het uit de doos haalde. De 'service' zou voor het eerste probleem 20% terugbetalen. Je kunt al raden dat ik nooit het geld heb ontvangen.
Waarschijnlijk maken ze deze horloges op basis van oude batterijen. De servicedesk geeft ook geen antwoord op mijn problemen, met als reden dat ze geen retour meer nemen omdat ik al akkoord had gegeven voor de 20% korting voor het bandje.

I bought from them Upgraded smart puller. They sent me previous model which is a pure price of junk , for my $50.
When I contacted their customer service they answered that they checked and this is what I ordered. But I have written proof of it.
I will contact my bank immediately.
Don't deal with that scam.

They are a bunch of crooks, false advertising , totally immoral and illegal what they are doing. Should never be allowed to advertise on the internet. The product I received resembled what you could buy at a 2 dollar joke shop and they charged me $75. it was so bad I couldn’t help but laugh. I can only hope that karma gets them in the end!
