Established in 1981 we have a large, loyal customer base ranging from some of the biggest companies in the country to some of the smallest. Our customers come from a broad range of industries ranging from food and pharmaceutical to engineering and research. We have a team of service engineers working on customers machines and compressed air installations everyday.

I ordered a part from you on Thursday last week to date I have still not received Thursday 27th October, the service is very poor .

Good morning, your part was originally quoted in July and you ordered in October last minute, it was shipped and unsuccessfully delivered as no one was available to take the parcel, we refunded your carriage as goodwill and had it ready to re-ship but you cancelled the order, we refunded you in full.

No Fault
I ordered my compressor in April and it was delivered in October . No fault of the company . Manufacturing delivery date issues abroad was the hold up . The communication between Air Equipment and myself was superb . Tracy kept in touch with me throughout the months of any updates on my order and could only be apologetic for the delay which was not there fault . I am very happy with the product once it arrived .

I would have given 5 stars but I had to wait 7 days for the goods. I was not informed of the delay until I phoned.

Thank you for your review, we do state on the website and on email acknowledgement that some deliveries can take 7-10 days due to border controls in Europe and if items are stocked they will be despatched the same day. Also to contact us if you require anything urgent to check stock status before placing orders.
