Airboard PRO Avis 

Item has not arrived yet money has been taken. WhatsApp number on the website does not work. Telephone number is not answered. Answer machine messages are not answered. Emails are not answered. Tracking number for item does not exist. This is an utter scam. Do not purchase.
I am seeking a refund of what I class as a lot of money, from my credit card provider due to fraud. I would seriously not purchase from these people at all, and if you do, use a credit card so that you have some cover.
Devastated that my daughter is not going to receive this gift and that I have been taken in and deceived.

This is my second time ordering airboard Pro love this site service first class iv recommend it to all my family and friends no worries if it goings to come on time thank you till next time

Grandsons board will not charge. Cannot speak to anyone,don't answer phone, don't reply to e mail, can't message on WhatsApp terrible after sales service thinking about going to trading standards

Total scam! Paid £129 just to use it once!!! After a second charge (2hrs only as per instructions) the hoveboard went absolutely crazy and it’s unusable!
Cannot believe all this positive reviews based on just the fact it was delivered fast!!!
Total rubbish! Tried to contact the company over Whatsap, emails, Messenger, phone calls. No luck!
Do not waste your money on it!

Please call me and I will change my score. You are a great company to buy from, until you want to communicate with somebody in your business then you go all quiet. Sad really because you had the makings of a good company.

Not sure the Charger 100% though? - Stays Red throughout 2hr charge - Only goes Green when "Taken off of charge" - Would've thought would go Green when charged not once unplugged from Airboard.....

I've been trying to contact airboard pro for weeks and weeks now via WhatsApp, phone and email but no response whatsoever. After care service is shocking. My child is now without a hoverboard to use as the charger stopped working after 2 charges 🤦🏻‍♀️

I’ve emailed,called and WhatsApp messaged to report a faulty Airboard pro and had no answer/response in 10 days!

Order 1 for my granddaughter company kept in touch had it in 3 days she loves it thanks

Got this as a birthday present for my 4 year old. Great quality. Easily built and very reasonably priced. The delivery company were poor, not delivering on the day scheduled even with their online tracker showing it 2 stops away and their automated text and email giving a 2 hour delivery slot but can’t blame the supplier for that. This was only an issue because you have to be home to sign for it and they won’t leave it with a neighbour. The app is handy and connects easily via Bluetooth. It allows you to limit the speed of the board.

Do not buy! Faulty board can’t get in touch with anyone complete con!

Board is faulty and Airboard Pro are not replying to emails, phone calls or Whatapps. Unable to contact then for warranty issue.

Excellent quick service. Really solid packaging. Taken out to charge (it’s a birthday present) but the board is really solid.

Faulty battery - should be under warranty but company are not answering their phone, e-mail or whatsapp message.

Arrived fast with lots of emailed communication. Delivery man happy to return next day when not home and called just before delivery to help us out. Hoverboard and buggy are smart pieces of kit. When needed support with app instant reply on WhatsApp. One very very happy daughter!
