got scammed orderded 1 and a half weeks ago nothing got sent out DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ITS A SCAM

I ordered a pair really excited to receive it and trusted them and then they lied about the shipppng dates and they never came

Bought a pair a few months ago I put them in the over day they over heated all of sudden burnt the inside of my left ear
do not buy there crap and dangerous

Same as everyone else! Bought because I needed a pair, now a few months later all I get is MINIMUM VOLUME MINIMUM VOLUME MINIMUM VOLUME MINIMUM VOLUME! POWER OFF!
WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!! DO NOT AND I REITERATE NOT BUY!! CHEAP CRAP!!!

Would give 0 or even minus 100 if I could! Disgusting customer service and same replies everytime YOU HAVE TO CHASE THEM UP! I’m the customer ffs not meant to be this hard. Been over a year it was meant to be a present for my Neice she chose them herself! I already got her proper apple ones at the end because it was evident these are frauds! All I want is a refund but there not even willing to do that! They’ve stopped replying now so I would urge you NOT TO ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! They Are frauds! Going to stick to UK based companies from now on!

Enjoyed the headphones for a few weeks, then they stopped working. I emailed them and heard nothing. I have since tried dozens of ways to get in touch with them over the past months and have not received even one single response. A faulty product can happen and it can be replaced, but to have absolutely no engagement despite my attempts is incredibly disappointing

Awful product. When I first got them I had some intermittent issues with one earphone working whilst the other didn’t, but the answer seemed to just use them fresh from being charged. Now even doing that, the right earphone just turns itself off automatically after about 5 seconds every time I try to use them. Waste of £40.

Hey guys, please never use this company as this is a huge scam and a terrible product that most of the times is faulty. I would like to advise you to go through your credit card company to claim the money back. I was successful, I have attached all the correspondence with these scammers, including emails where they promised me the refund and I got it. Just to clarify, not from them but from the bank. I hope the bank will have their way to retrieve the money back. If most of us do it then this company will hopefully fail. Please do not give up. My documentation was quite huge as I've chased them since July so I had about 10 emails to screenshot and attach.

Bought back in May and I received them 2 months later, for then one of the ear buds to not even work. Tried everything and left them. Biggest waste of money. Paying celebrities to advertise something that doesn’t work properly! DONT BUY.

Wish i’d of read the reviews before i bought these. Ordered back in May last year and they never came until end of June/July! Various emails back and forward and told me
i wouldn’t be getting a refund. Had for a few months and now they have stopped working completely. Waste of money and biggest scam ever. Have to pay ‘celebrities’ to advertise them! m I would advise to go elsewhere for these airbuds. Biggest waste of money and time ever!

This is the worst headphones I had in my entire life. It kept malfunctioning saying minimum volume then it just turns off on its own. I hate these headphones so much

Awful product, poorly made. Doesn’t connect to the phone half the time. Tried to rectify the issue with the company and they just ignored emails, no refund/exchange given. Complete scam

Ordered two pairs back March. They arrived in August. The black pair arrived broken and after a couple uses the pink ones stopped working as well. Their customer service is absolute garbage. I asked 3 separate times for a refund and they refused. This company f***ing sucks for real.

Still waiting for you to respond to an email about receiving a new pair or a refund for airbuds that stopped working. Please confirm what email address is best to get a response?

Awful - worked for less than 6 weeks and they wouldn't replace or repair. For some reason the consumer rights acts doesn't apply to them?!!

My daughter saved up for these as iphone ones were to expensive. After about a week one side went wrong and we contacted airbuds. Airbuds said they would replace them. This was back in May and we are still awaiting either new airbuds or a refund. We have received several emails to say they were on their way and a tracking number was going to be send. We have received nothing. These are not as good as they seem to be and definitely not worth the hassle. Please don't buy these and spend your money elsewhere. You can see from the website that they are not a proper outlet.
