The service I was offered by the agent Steve Mills has been very impressive and first class as he was very patient and attentive with me. He was always easy to reach and very available to attend to my needs. It's the very first time I used his service would consider doing it again in future.

Steve Mills from Air Castle made my journey a memorable one. Took days for me to decide but he was patient enough to show me the best and cheapest option for my travels. Short layovers and no issues at 4 different POE. Already planning my next trip. Cheers to a great team!

All went well

The agent was involved from the start and it's very assuring.
Very helpful

The flexible payment system and good staff to attend to customer's. Especially, Steve was always around to attend to my difficulties. Check-in was done by Steve, thanks to him.

Steve Mills is a great. So convincing and was the reason i bought this ticket from you. He was there all step of the way ensuring i never struggled with anything.

It was my first time purchasing an airline e-ticket and, it was also a stressful time for me. Firstly, I was surprised that Steve returned my call and he was very patient in guiding me through the process. I thought this was too good to be true; "maybe a scam" so I have to admit, I was worried a bit leading up to my son's depature. I even tried to check in before the stipulated time. Then, I was on duty on work when I got a call from Steve to remind me of my son's flight for next day. Wow! I was really impressed with his customer service. Now I have a trusted airline and agent to add to my directory 😊
