Complete crooks and exactly the same as the reviews below. Geoerge drilled hole in walls, said he was doing first fit with some piping, took £1400 deposit and never to be seen again. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Court proceedings and CCJ pending.
I had George install our first unit in 2020- it’s a Samsung and has been working perfectly for years. We since had three more units installed, the latest last month, and are happy with all four functioning units.
George has come back to service them too.
I am surprised to read the other reviews, I hope things get sorted.
Dangerous install, no warranty registered and now disappeared. George and his team fitted 2 x units and wired one of them into the back of a double socket in my sons bedroom. Once the system failed they were nowhere to be seen.
The system had to be completely re-wired in order to make it safe.
I issued County Court proceedings to reclaim the money I spent putting this right, George and De Novo Energy Ltd now have a CCJ registered against them for the outstanding settlement of my claim.
They are now avoiding the court and the bailiffs but at least I now have a safe working system.
George installed a midea unit in my flat in January. Nice guy when he came around to install etc. But after payment he disappeared, no way to get in touch with him for an adjustment/query. So i called up Midea and they pointed me to the re-seller that sold the unit to George. Got in touch with them, they put me in touch with an other (reliable) installer , he came around, adjusted the unit and registered my warranty. DO NOT USE Air con made easy
Do not use this company. The Midea units are not purchased from Midea. Likely via some black market or stolen.
George and his installers are unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing.
They created a large hole in our wall and then realised they couldn’t actually install the unit as planned so just left and didn’t come back.
They left us with the unit sitting on the roof for us to dispose of and didn’t refund our money. As it wasn’t registered by Midea we couldn’t get a refund or get the unit collected by them.
These guys are complete crooks. Steer clear.
They installed my unit wrong leaving the cables causing a nuisance, I phoned to get them to simply just move them not too far over I was told there's nothing they can do and when I've phoned and pointed out a neighbours unit is much better and doesn't look like that. I was told there's nothing they can do even though I have a 2 year guarantee.
Go somewhere else, after phoning and emailing countless times, they ignore me. Wish I never gave them business. Terrible company. Engineers are cowboys too, they could see the unit across from me and how it should be done

Air conditioner stopped working after a few months. They came back in, said it was some valve not closed correctly, they refilled with refrigerant. It worked for a few times then in winter I needed to use it again and it wasn't working. They have disappeared now, they are not answering my emails. Avoid them. Paid £1600 for a unit that worked for a total of 10 times max.
Awful experience.
Unhelpful, refuse to answer phones or emails. Chasing of paperwork and installation records was unsuccessful, unit doesn't work 5 months after installation. Minimal contact, payments chased continuously and once paid no questions answered, poor installation and general communication severely lacking.
Will never use again and would never recommend.
