We’re sorry you feel your order was cancelled without reason. We cancelled because the information you provided raised verification concerns: the name on your email did not match the name on the order, and three separate orders for the exact same items were placed this past Friday at 10:34 AM, 12:54 PM, and 1:07 PM. Because of the mismatched details and the repeated identical orders within a short timeframe, we had legitimate concerns about the orders’ validity and chose to cancel while we investigated. If you’d like to resolve this, please reply with the correct name on the account and confirm which single order you want us to process, and we’ll review it promptly.
At first I am satisfied with the quality of the products and the delivery! I recommend this company to my friends!
At first, I thought this wasn't a serious company. But I placed orders and received everything I ordered and paid for! I realized that this is a good, reliable company!

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your air gun. It sounds like it might just be a faulty O-ring on the fill probe, which is a common cause for not taking air. We recommend checking that first. If the problem persists, please contact our customer service team, and they’ll be happy to assist you with repairs. We appreciate your patience and look forward to helping you get back to enjoying your shooting experience!

Réponse de AirGun Tactical
Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent order. We’re glad to hear that your package arrived in good condition; however, I apologize for the delay in shipping.
The holiday season can lead to increased demand, and we are currently experiencing a backlog of orders. This has affected our shipping times, and while we strive to provide timely delivery, we sometimes face challenges during this busy period.
We appreciate your understanding during this time, and we are committed to improving our shipping processes. Thank you for being a valued customer, and please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns.
Well the order that went missing and wrong
Well, as you know, I had to change my order up you updated on the 19th, but you didn’t hit the button to send it out. I had to call. I had to leave emails so when you finally hit the button to send my shipment out, you left the burst disc out. I got everything else, but the burst disc customer service really sucks at times what you guys Merry Christmas.

Réponse de AirGun Tactical
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with your order. I understand how frustrating it can be to have to follow up and deal with shipping delays, and I appreciate your patience throughout the process.
During the holiday season, things can get a little hectic for us, and we’re currently managing a backlog of orders. This has caused some delays in our shipping and processing times, and it’s the reason we haven’t run any Black Friday or Cyber Monday sales this year. We are doing our best to fulfill orders and provide quality service, but I regret that we fell short in your instance, particularly with the oversight of the burst disc.
If you haven't already, please reach out to us directly regarding the missing burst disc, and we will make sure to resolve this for you promptly. We will even include some free ammo and another pack of bust discs.
We appreciate your understanding and wish you a Merry Christmas as well. Thank you for being a valued customer.

You cancel my order to a USA adress because of my billing adress
1 décembre 2025
Réponse de AirGun Tactical
We sincerely apologize for the cancellation of your order. The cancellation occurred because the billing information provided was from outside the country (Mexico), while the shipping address listed was within the USA in Texas. Unfortunately, the address appears to be a mailbox service rather than a residential or business address. As a policy, we cannot ship to mailbox services in the mainland USA, although we do accommodate such shipping for locations in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
We understand you mentioned purchasing from other companies with this address and hope you find a retailer that can meet your needs. Thank you for your understanding.
It took longer than I thought to…
It took longer than I thought to received the product and unless I sent emails inquiring, there were no notifications as to when I could expect the order to be filled. On the product side, I wish there were some paper instructions describing how to assemble the pieces.

Réponse de AirGun Tactical
Thank you for your feedback. We would like to remind you that this was a pre-order item that was out of stock at the time of your purchase. Most airgun companies, including us, do not send out periodic updates on pre-order items unless specifically requested.
Additionally, please note that we are not the manufacturer, so any issues with installation instructions are outside of our control. To assist with assembly, we have a detailed step-by-step installation video available on the product page. You can view it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KIYCnh4MUo8.
We also acknowledge that it took longer than expected to receive your product. Unfortunately, there were no notifications about the shipment status unless you reached out via email. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.
Lastly, we would kindly ask if you could update your review to better reflect your overall experience.
Thank you for your understanding and support!
Adding barrels plus magnum…
I don’t have any complaints on service I’ve submitted reviews a few of them and it’s all good. Wish you guys carried steel barrels for the harpoon but that’s something else. I’ve purchased one harpoon shorty with many ammo packs and one notos rifle. Both are good if not great. May be interested in something else soon. Service and communication is good.( a slip of the hand was at fault, corrected). 5 stars. Update: haven’t been able to score steel barrels so I’ll move on to magnum 22” and 25cc cartridges soon.
