i was a bit funny about this site. but i wanted to do a name change for my passenger on turkish airlines. they took my payment and they told me it will be 24to 48 hours for approval. and sure enough they approve it. now i have to wait for it to reflect on the app. great customer service and patient empolyees

Scam, they did not confirm my identity at all which tells me they are trying to get your information. They are based in India which I know for a fact United does not have a call center there.

Scam. Very rude too. Comes up first on google and uses shady website to imply it is somehow the actual airline. Charged 150 to add my middle initial- which they didnt do. Also took personal info. Please be aware of scam.

In attempting to modify my flight with a prominent airline company of Turkish Airlines, this website popped up on my Google search posing as the company I was trying to reach. They took my personal information, I called them and they refused to remove my details from the system and they hang up on my call, they might missuses the details i am afraid... This company looks like they use their website to collect your and information. I've already reported them to the BBB, so hopefully they won't be stupid enough to try to use the information against someone.. They will get caught anyhow.
