Good price and good customer service.
Price was the best I could find on the internet. Gill was really helpful and not only took time to give me advice, but also provided me with specific examples of supplementary parts i would require.
I would happily purchase from this company again.

Can’t really fault airlinkcompressors themselves directly as it’s clear they drop ship direct from the manufacturer. In this case I ordered a SIP pillar drill.
It arrived on the day expected but SIP sent a clearly different model with the same drill head.
Disappointing as the supplied table is not the one advertised and it not fit for my needs, will need to make a replacement for it.
Not the seller’s fault per se as they never touched the drill itself, but it is a danger of drop ship operations that you relinquish control over stock.

ID plate on our compressor air dryer wasn't correct(OEM fault not airlink compressors) and wrong filters were sent. I emailed Gillian and she sorted the correct filters in super quick time after I sent pictures of actual filters fitted. Excellent service, highly recommended

We paid for the next day delivery, but delivery never came, we received an email that next day delivery is not possible, we requested for the refund of next day delivery charges, not heard any thing since.

What a wonderful company. I bought an ABAC compressor last year which had been in storage due to workshop refurbishment (not from them) and have had no luck finding a proper instruction and maintenance manual. I contacted Air Link as they had a good online presence and despite me not having purchased from them, they supplied me with a full manual the same day. Fantastic and helpful customer (or non-customer) service.
