This company supplied me a 200L compressor from my order to delivery at my address in less than 6 hours. Gill was amazing and sorted it all out.

placed my order with Airlink Compressors, only part of my order arrived leaving the main part of my order missing. I contacted Airlink Compressors and straight away they started investigating my issue. due to no fault of theirs they could not get a straight answer from their supplier as to where my order was, being very persistent with contacting the supplier i was kept updated the entire time. finally managed to get my order located and shipped to me super quick. rather frustrating having to wait longer than expected for my order but could not fault the efforts made from these guys customer support.

Received very quickly and easy to purchase and good product

I bought a bench grinder on the Friday assuming it'd arrive Tuesday/Wed but they exceeded expectations and it arrived on the Monday. Really great service all round.

Very helpful in taking part in the chat on line before my purchase. Got all the information I required so went ahead and ordered the pump. It arrived promptly, well packaged.

Great choice of products and at an amazing price point. I was offered a welcome discount and then disappointed at checkout when I was told I couldn't use the voucher I'd be offered for the products I was buying - bizarre but what the heck.
I wanted the item anyway so a couple of quid discount wasn't going to stop me.
Great communication from the vendor - good consise emails and just the right number of updates.

What can i say apart from "just perfect"
I ordered a SIP TEMPEST PH540/150 ELECTRIC HOT/COLD PRESSURE WASHER on Tuesday Morning 02/05/2023 it was delivered on friday 05/05/2023.
so i celebrated Charlie Boys big day washing my motorbikes and what a good tool.
10 out of 10 for fantastic services.
The second part the ongoing review. Well sad to say the hot washer developed a fault in which it needed to be returned to supplier but Andrew and Gillian at airlink compressors were absolutely fantastic with communication and problem solving to the point of collecting the faulty washer and delivering a brand new unused washer which so far so good everthing is working perfectly. Will add more info later and maybe a video from my tiktok page of it working.

Great communication from Gill throughout, i had first enquired through the online chat option about the purchase of a an Abac compressor and Gill responded straight away and then when i placed my order i was immediately notified of all further details of my order right through to delivery which was actually 2days earlier than planned. Great customer service from Gill start to finish and prompt delivery considering it wasnt still on the factory production line in Italy when i ordered.
