Airport Taxis and Transfers (ATT) Avis 

Communication with this company is extremely slow. We were worried about getting through Malaga airport with the new non EU visitor system so I emailed them asking if they wait. It took over a day to reply and they informed me the driver will only wait 1 hour. I then requested a pick up 1 hour after plane lands so we had a 2 hour window. I was bluntly told that if we do that they will not track our flight so if we were delayed they will only wait an hour after pick up time. No win situation for the consumer. Luckily we did clear customs swiftly and arrival pick up went smoothly.
However return pick up was a nightmare. We booked pick up for 10am. Waited 10 minutes so tried to call the helpline number. The number does not accept calls only whatsapp messages. So messaged them and was told driver would be a few minutes. Driver finally arrived 40 minutes late!! Communication while waiting was awful. Kept getting same message- unforeseen circumstances driver will be a few minutes. I am sure it was AI. The driver was apologetic and said there had been an accident and he was in traffic. We should have been notified of the situation immediately and informed of the delay with regular updates with expected pick up.
I would not recommend this company and would never use again.

Sorrento to Napoli Airport:
The company confirmed my reservation days before but cannot fulfill, because they had not the capacity of drivers and/or cars. We had to wait 15 minutes in Front of the hotel before another driver was taking over our ride - shortly ordered from the Local company. It was good luck for us in that case, because an other driver(Marco) luckily was in the area and shortly for us available. Thanks to Marco, he did. a Great Job. In Summary, we had lot of Stress - a bad experience with ATT.

Do not recommend. A useless company with useless drivers.

I wrote a review for our driver Cristian who actually was great our only issue was we couldn't find him on arrival but once we tracked him down everything was fine, he was very attentive to our needs so my last review should not have reflected badly on the driver

We used this aggregator in Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires and Sao Paulo. While the former two worked fine, the provider in Sao Paulo - On Vacation Transfer e Receptivo - is a complete DISASTER.
When we arrived at SP, there was no one to meet us. On contacting them on WhatsApp, they asked us to exit the Terminal and he would be there. He was not. Multiple messages later they showed us a pic of some meeting point in a different terminal. This is after they have all flight details. At first they said he was at the other terminal, then he was supposed to be on way to the wrong terminal! I wasted many kbs of data sending and receiving pics and exactly one hour later he arrived.
What was even worse was the return pickup. I kept asking them to make sure there was no goof-up this time and to send me the driver's number and car number. All I got was a photo of a car sideways - no number visible. The appointed time was 4.45 a.m. We waited in vain and then got into a hotel taxi, bacause by then Ihad no faith in them and no communicationfrom them. At 5 a.m. I received a message from the driver that he had arrived! This, when one is taking an international flight and is rushed for every minute. I lost $35 on this trip and additionally ended up paying the same amount to the hotel taxi.
AVOID theor services at least in this city.

Cheating and workung with local providers who have fake service be carefull i had been left in the street and they took my money

I booked a ride to the airport but they never showed up. They can’t be reached via the phone numbers provided. Unacceptable!

Used them for several trip this month and it all depends on who they subcontract too, a real gamble. Some went perfectly while others didn't show. Worst one was when they deny a refund and send you photoshoped images claiming they where there. Its a £30 fair! Would be less time for you to just accept than going all deep state, especially with those computer skills!!!

We will be seeking legal advice and compensation. Our flight was cancelled and was moved to another day and they are now refusing to pick us up or even have the courtesy to give us a refund as it was paid in full. Please do not use them, absolutely shocking service

Bad and dangerous experience with contracted Airport Taxi Transfers / Santo Éxito, Barcelona driver on 3 February between Torredembarra and Barcelona Airport T1.

First of all, the driver was more than half an hour late and didn't take initial contact to inform us.

Upon arrival the driver gave a very bad impression. He looked drowsy, the inside of the car was covered heavily in smoke odour. Maybe he was under the influence of some sort of substance.

Taking off, as soon as we hit the highway the driver sped up to 150 km/hour (speed limit is in general 120).

He drove recklessly, pressuring other cars to get past them, at this high pace.

When arriving at the first pay station, driving up fast, at 140 km/h to the pay station, then breaking heavily, I kindly asked him to slow down. He nodded and slowed down, for a few minutes. But shortly after, he picked up the pace again, and even made his way at 140 - 150 km/hour through the many tunnels outside Barcelona, where the speed limit was 90. We even passed by a traffic accident leaving one of those tunnels, but he didn't seem to take notice of anything. I asked him again to slow down, and he said he already had and that there was no problem since we were all wearing seat belts.

He only slowed down when approaching speed controls. I was following the whole thing on my mobile phone (Google Maps GPS) which coincided with the speedometer in the car. I was on the brink of asking him to stop the car, so I could get out and call a serious taxi. Still, we were already running late, due to his delay picking us up. When leaving the highway in Barcelona the speed limit was 80. He drove 125.

When arriving at the airport, I was told that it was my fault for making HIM nervous, and he knew what he was doing and had had his taxi for three years.

We arrived alive, but also in chock, and we want to warn of this reckless driver who cares little about the safety of himself and his passengers. He is a danger to everyone out there on the streets, and should not be allowed to keep his license (if he even has one?

DONOT USE this company. I booked Nov 27 for a Dec 7 pick up. They charged my niece and sister €14 and charged me (1 passenger) €24 for the exact same trip. After they confirmed booking and sent invoice - I realize they subcontract rides with different companies, but DON’T tell you who you are booked with. I did not hear from them till day before scheduled pick- up - they still did not mention company, type of car nor what’s app contact for driver. Only a general no. To call in case driver is no show. Asked for an English speaking driver. On arrival NO SHOW. Other drivers had never heard of this company. The emergency no. needed local calling. Did not work on what’s app. I waited 30 mins till one other agent at airport kindly called the co. Then they sent a driver. My niece had the same experience driver NO SHOW!!! I would give them zero stars but giving 2 as the driver who showed up though he did not speak English was pleasant and car was clean. He said he was only notified 3 mins earlier about the pick-up.

booked a hotel transfer with them, unfortunately flight was cancelled by airline, point blank refused to speak to their local agent despite being advised that flight was cancelled 10 hours ahead of pick up, resulting in me losing my money.

No one showed up. They have not responded to any emails, or calls and their service is generally highly unprofessional and a disgrace.

Estafadores, no realizan servicio pero si lo cobran

We pre-paid airportstaxitransfers €281 to arrange for a taxi from Los Angeles airport to Newport Beach, and then the return journey 2 days later.
First driver turned up but wouldn't wait when we were stuck in a 2 hr queue to get through passport control.
For the return trip, driver didn't turn up at all. I'd phoned ATT the day before to confirm the details and was given the number of the driver. I phoned him when he didn't appear and he said he didn't work for the taxi company any more.
Each time, we had to get a taxi ourselves and pay again.
We're now chasing up ATT for refunds but they seem to imply that we have to chase up the taxi companies. We paid the money directly to ATT so they should give us the refund and then sort it out themselves with the various taxi companies. Watch this space to see how we get on!

Be very wary of using this company. Booked a premium vehicle to pick us up from JFK, being my daughter’s 18th birthday I wanted to make it special. We spent two hours getting through security due to minimal staff. I kept in contact with the driver. After 90 mins he left. Whilst I appreciate he had another fare, the company has charged me for the full trip. It was not the companies or my fault but charging for the full fair is robbery. They are fully aware of delays which happen daily. Ended up in a yellow cab which was half the price but a disappointed daughter. Be vary wary if their terms and conditions, using the known delays to get a full fare. If you want to take the chance , carry on.
