Seating configuration
I have been in a similar vehicle where the middle row of seats was rearward facing and this was far more sociable for the group. This would have deserved 5 stars.

We provided a Mercedes V-Class, which arrived on time for your 40-minute journey.
The seating arrangement is designed to comply with local council regulations. While we regret that this did not meet your expectations, we must prioritise adherence to the law in these matters. If you encountered other taxi vehicles with different seating arrangements, please note that they may not have been compliant with local authority regulations and could have operated at their own risk.
While we understand our customers needs, we must follow the law and not put our drivers and company at risk. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us.
A wonderful experience
Alex was wonderful about keeping us informed as to where to meet him. He was entertaining and knowledgeable about our destination and gave us some recommendations about sites of which we were previously unaware. A great experience overall!

Hello, we were disappointed to see that you rated us poorly for an issue that should have been directed towards your travel agent who booked this taxi service for you.
Your booking was made through a travel agent called Jayride, to whom you paid £200. We charged £118 for your journey from LHR to Portsmouth. The instructions to enter the terminal at your landing time and to apply an additional charge for parking if it exceeded the allowed time were provided by your travel agent. Typically, we enter the terminal 30 minutes after landing to give customers time to collect their luggage and to prevent any extra charges. However, your travel agent insisted that we enter the terminal as per your landing time. We adhered to their instructions and seems we are the one penalised,
So, this unfavourable review should be directed towards your travel agent, Ground Transfers simply followed their directives.
