Great car park and shuttle service

Meet & Greet service: Would be fine if you're not in a rush.

We called 20 mins before as requested, but still waited 20-25 mins more once we'd arrived (despite the "be there in 5-10 mins"). It meant we had to really rush through the airport - thankfully we had a few mins to spare. On return, called and were told "5-10 mins", again, waited 25!
I wouldn't have minded if they'd told us in advance how long the wait actually was!

Anyway, they were polite enough, answered the phone quickly and the car was in the same condition as when we left. So, whilst it's not a fast choice, it was fine. However, the idea of meet and greet for me is speed and convenience, so it's unlikely I'll use them again.

The simplest thing is to be able to provide a VAT receipt for business users , there website still does not provide this , even tried to call them and nothing just tells you to use the website and hangs up .

Appalling communication and a long wait for my car

I’m Deaf and need to communicate by text. A few days before my booking, I texted the mobile number they provided to explain this. I also emailed, but received no response to either. I’ve used text with other airport parking companies without any problems.

As instructed, I texted 30 minutes before arrival, but again received no reply. Thankfully, my mother was with me and could call them. The lack of communication made the whole experience extremely confusing.

On our return, we had to call again because they weren’t responding to texts. We then waited an hour for them to bring the car. There was also a very strong, unpleasant smell inside the car, which I’d noticed at drop-off too due to their hygiene.

Despite already paying £111.99, I was told I also had to pay a £5 exit charge. The actual charge was £6.60.

Ignoring a Deaf customer’s requests to communicate by text is unacceptable. Appalling service. I would never use this company again.

Would absolutely recommend these guys and use them again,I needed parking very last minute and they sorted it,easy to find,close to the airport and my car was looked after so I can’t thank them enough

Paid for a meet and greet. Was greeted by parking fines due to not having paid for entrance to the parking. None of the instruction emails said to pay, no response when emailing back for help. Any other parking service includes access to the parking

I don't know why but I was hesitant at first! this place was referred to me yet it seems at 3am on a very dark wet rainy night I become quite hesitant☺

Anyway after driving past the airport for 5 minutes that seemed strange, veering off down a country lane seemed stranger

But sat nav took me straight to the gate, parking up was easy, office hand over simple, bus drive to the airport terminal less than 10 mins, Pick up was a 15 minute wait but was once again simple

I have already referred and look forward to using again, great service
