Brilliant product and customer service
This has to be one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with. I had a query about the whether a particular product would be suitable before ordering, which I got in touch by email about. Ben got in touch with me by telephone really quickly and talked through all the options but with no pressure to order. He even suggested some other sellers. Once I had ordered the process was so smooth, with Ben following up by telephone to check the delivery was ok and if there had been any issues with the delivery. This is the second AirTumble product we’ve bought (my daughter had outgrown the previous one - it’s still going great!) and I would definitely recommend them and, in particular, ordering direct. Many thanks Ben!

Absolute 5* customer service . I haven’t yet used the product as it’s for my daughter birthday next week but I feel confident if there were to be any issues that they’d be resolved. Ben followed up on any questions I had and informed me of delivery dates. Very happy!

I missed my delivery slot as I’m useless and they were straight on the phone to me to rearrange even giving me a more direct number to contact them if needed with a very polite helpful staff member that went the extra mile to contact me again and make sure I received my delivery okay I would 100% recommend this company Thankyou again

This Airtumble track is excellent
This Airtumble track is excellent! My daughter loves it and it is very easy for her to inflate and deflate to pack away in the bag provided. Pump included is excellent. Great value and super quick delivery. Highly recommend.

Robust quality products with excellent customer service
We have now ordered 2 items from Airtumble and both have been a huge hit with my 2 girls. We purchased a bar and mat and a few months later a tumble track. Both times I got really useful advice from Ben prior to purchasing. He was super honest about what may and may not be suitable given the gymnastic abilities of my children and actually reduced the sale. He contacted me really quickly and often at weekends. Once we had agreed on what I was going to order the delivery was super quick. Both products are really well made and robust. Thank you Ben!

We received really incredible customer service. I was very impressed with the way in which my order was handled and the personal interest the staff took in communicating with us after our order and ensuring we were happy. Fantastic company with a personal touch
I initially ordered an air track from another company, but the item never arrived.
Frustrated, I turned to Airtumble, and I’m so glad I did! Their customer service is outstanding.
Shortly after placing the order, I received a phone call from Ben advising that delivery could not be guaranteed before Christmas due to information from their courier company being overwhelmed. Despite this, the air track arrived in just two days, far exceeding my expectations.
The personal touch of keeping me informed and managing my expectations made the experience truly standout. It’s rare to find a company that combines efficiency with such great communication.
Airtumble will be my first stop for future purchases. Highly recommended!
