Very good after service!

The best vaporizer I’ve ever tried, but above all, impeccable technical support—better than any other brand I’ve dealt with.

Support was great. I forgot my apartment number and the item was returned to airvape. I reached out to customer service via email and Bernadette not only helped me get my product re sent but updated me every step of the way!!!

placed an order for the airvape legacy pro 2 instead i get an email saying i could wait and get a free accessory or get the legacy core with two free accessories turns out they were just trying to keep my money because once i pointed out that the core is 155 dollars and asked for a partial refund the free accessories were off the table. oh and I used Sezzle to complete the order so now i owe fees

I originally bought an Airvape Legacy Pro back in December 2024, it's been great but unfortunately it's gained a few faults over that time. Airvape didn't have the parts, but we're able to upgrade to a newer model - sturdier feeling than the previous one. Very happy with the support they provide.

They are literally the best. Great products, great customer service.

I have contacted customer service twice over the last year. Each time they have been very helpful and taken care of the problem with no fuss or attitude. Plus they went the extra mile and offered some significant deals, leaning my way to make me happy. Great Job guys.

I placed an order and was so excited. I got an email that they were actually "out of stock" (this is the real airvape site I ordered from) saying they sold things that weren't in stock. This is 48 hours after I ordered. And that I would wait 3 weeks for it to get to them and another and then it would ship to me again. I put a lot of thought and research into this, and honestly, super disappointed. You know what's in stock, it's your business. I really wish I'd gone with Lobo in first place. I was trying to get something quickly. And I don't like how they tried to offer the old model to me with no partial refund, just to add an accessory (I already had paid for an accessory?)

Not sure where to start, but both the service and the product itself were terrific. The legacy Pro Two is a phenomenal project Comm Only surpassed by the customer service. Why? Because when the vape itself was delayed a week or so, they threw a $30 gift of dosing capsules for free! can't beat that! would definitely buy from these folks again, terrific group

I've had a great experience every time I've contacted their support over the years. Most recently with issues with my device I had a great replacement experience and they also extended a discount that expired which. They didn't have to do so I could buy another device. They respond fast as well.

I was offered an upgrade by email from "Roland" to a newer model with a $49 discount. No word in the message about an expiration. When I went to place the order, the site refused my discount code, so I sent an email to AirVape customer service asking about the offer. Bernadette got my case. She acknowledged that the offer had, actually, expired just that day, but, she said, she'd be happy to send me an invoice with the discount, effectively extending the offer. She did send the invoice, but it had a shipping fee that should have been waived given the cost of the upgrade. I asked that it be waived, and Bernadette promptly sent a second invoice without the fee, and I placed my order for the upgrade. I admit the tone of my original email was a little sharp, but Bernadette was never less than a professional customer service agent and fulfilled my requests promptly, courteously, and without question. So long as AirVape employs people of Bernadette's caliber, I will remain an AirVape customer.

After having issues with a previous unit, the support team (especially Hannah) was incredible. They authorized an exchange for the Legacy PRO 2, and the difference is night and day. The new unit has a much better seal and the airflow is perfect.
Communication was transparent throughout the entire process, even when we had some courier issues. It’s great to see a brand that actually stands behind its products. Highly recommended!

AirVape is hands down the company with the best service other then the vapes they offer. Their customer service is responsive and takes care of the issue quick. I had a DaVinci broke in the last, their customer service didn’t respond in 72 hours!! Anyways, other than the CS, AirVape is finally a brand that is focusing on real bold design. I’ve been using it for almost 10 years. Keep up the good work for this space.
