I had a great experience dealing with AIS sales agents when I was looking for a new auto policy. It was quick and easy and they provided me with the best quote. I initially dealt with Matthew Barela over the phone who took my basic info to provide me with a quote and provided me the quote via email. Once I was ready to purchase the policy I called back and spoke with Lula Baker who took the remaining details needed to provide me with my final auto quote. She was friendly and took the time to get all of the information she needed in order to provide me with the best possible quote. She reassured me that she was still there when she had to put me on hold, maintained constant communication during the periods she had to confirm issues with her supervisor and even stayed on the line with me to complete taking my payment even though she had to log out for her lunch. Thank you Lula for making it easy to switch insurance!

I had a wonderful call this morning with Ms. Lalynn Montante who let me know that for the last few months she has been consistently checking up to make sure that a claim on my account was not mis-correctly represented on my account. After finally getting through, she was able to return some credit onto my account, saving me so much money and time!! After numerous attempts (email & 3 voice messages) to reach the agent that took my application, with no replies, it was refreshing to speak to Cheryl. I am disappointed with the agent and will be switching brokers at renewal.
