The service is amazing value! The customer service is outstanding, replies within 3 minutes of opening a ticket.

My wife had a bad experience with software used to create photo albums which she was unable to resolve and essentially blocked using the service. Contact with Adam at Zaro Technology was courteous and helpful finally resolving the problem by direct access to my wife's computer. Excellent result.

Systems are solid, support was great, price very reasonable --what's not to like.

Since using the services of Zarro (ajrb), they have been amazing from the start.
Customer services is top. Nothing is too much.
For a small company as well, their infrastructure is something else.
They have managed yo massively speed up one of my clients websites, something which a much larger more known company could not do, even after trying.
Definitely got a customer for life here!

Adam is helpful, responsive and altogether a joy to work with. He had me set up and running in no time and was keen to find out how I was getting on with the service.

First of all, I'm not surprised that all the previous reviews have all been 5 star.
Although I have been working with AJRB Services for a short amount of time, I can guarantee that the service I am receiving now, I will be receiving in years to come.
Simply by far the best company (of this type) that I have ever dealt with. Nothing is too much, EVER. I would probably class myself as not the easiest of people to deal with (lol) but this does not matter to this company.
Everything I have asked about, has been answered...very well. Everything I have asked to be done, has been done...very well.

I previously used AJRB for my own website (a relatively small challenge in the grand scheme of things), but having taken over as manager at a local charity, it quickly became clear that the IT infrastructure required an overhaul. AJRB to the rescue!

The first step was in securing a new hosting platform for the website. This was swiftly done with little fuss, and they are now supporting in the redesign too. AJRB then priced up for the many works required to improve our output and security of systems. Rather than cost for everything and expect us to pay in one hit, AJRB was aware of the financial difficulties that small charities face and broke down the works into more manageable phases, seeking the best costs for us, which we are now slowly able to implement.

At a crucial point this week when we believed we were going to lose every document we held online, AJRB swung into action and again provided an exceptionally professional service, securing a new system, which is actually better for our need and will streamline our work, whilst ensuring cost remained low.

Throughout, communication is clearly a top priority and I was more than confident in leaving AJRB with remote access to our systems to complete the necessary works which was done in what felt like next to no time.

Queiries are always dealt with within swiftly using clear language that I can understand, and I find the company personable and approachable, so much so that it feels much like you are talking to a friend or family member who wants to help you rather than shaft you and sell you something.
