Extremely unprofessional

I posted a Google Review about them being very unprofessional after someone tripped over a small dog that the lazy owner (one of the staff members) hadn't bothered to train and was wandering around the place. Even after that, they continued to allow this.

Did they apologise? No. Did they say they'd speak to the lazy staff member who owned the dog? No. Did they take action to ensure it doesn't happen again? No.

They made up a fake response from a fake customer, in order to insult me. That's their level of "professionalism". If you check most review sites, they have poor reviews. When something is called out and they respond like petulant children, you can see why.

The complaint is being considered, so I will publish the feedback later.

I first used Anthony James Estate Agents last year to help my son sell his house, and I was so impressed with their service that I did not hesitate to contact them when it came time to sell my own home this year.

David, Tommy, Kim, and the whole team are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to offer sound advice. They keep in regular contact throughout the entire process and always return calls when they say they will, which, in my past experience, is somewhat of a rarity.

On several occasions, David even responded to my messages from home in the evening, which demonstrated his dedication and commitment to providing excellent customer service.

I was also very grateful for their recommendation of an efficient and highly motivated conveyancing team who, working alongside Anthony James, helped ensure the entire process progressed smoothly and seamlessly.

I would highly recommend Anthony James Estate Agents and would like to thank David, Tommy, Kim, and the whole team for their professionalism, support, and outstanding service throughout.

The worst agent ever. Booked viewing appointment at a property in Ridgeway, Dartford last 2 weeks & on the viewing day they sent email ask me to call to confirm which normally agent has to do that. I called to confirm & say that little complain then the guy at office reply that's how they work & asked me rudely to cancel viewing or not. Of course we are forced to cancel with that RUDE attitude! Never go with this agent!
