Multi collagen results
I’m on my second three pack of the multi collagen powder, to be honest I see or feel no difference yet but believe you have to give everything a chance. I’m hopeful I will benefit because I trust Jillian Michael (sp), she has always been a stand up person.

Collagen works gradually, and the first changes people tend to notice, like nails or joints, usually show up before skin and hair, often somewhere in the second or third month of taking it every day. Everything with Alaya is simple and I LOVE the creatine and collagen! My integrative medical doctor approved the collagen and said the sources are very good. I have noticed a significant improvement in my skin. I just started with the creatine, so I can't speak to how effective that is yet, but I do think I notice an improvement in mental energy and focus already! I recommend both these products for sure!
