I cannot thank Owen and his team enough for their faultless service, from start to finish, in our recent move. They could not have done any more to make the experience better. I particularly appreciated the phone call the day before just checking we had everything we needed and to reassure they would be there the next day. Their calm, pleasant and friendly manner was a real antidote to the usual move day stressors. A wonderful service all round and I have no hesitation in highly recommending.

From the first contact with Owen I was impressed by the professionalism & level of personal service from the team. The quote was clear and the options explained fully. Everything they promised happened with our move from a third floor city flat to the country. Ross and Sam worked like Trojans to keep us on a track with our sale and purchase and were knowledgeable & sympathetic to the stresses of the process. Helpful, courteous and careful, it always felt like we were in safe hands. Thank you team, you are worth every penny.

I have moved a number of times and have had numerous bad experiences. Right from the start, though, I knew my move was in good hands with this outfit: friendly, professional and extremely aware, these guys know what they're doing, from the enquiry stage to sorting out anything of concern. If you want one less stress on your moving day you must book Alba removals! Our move was a 3 bedroom flat, we had lots of furniture and belongings, including some sound equipment and a flight case. The flat had extremely steep winding stairs and was all round a very difficult move. But the guys were just phenomenal! Very professional, great enthusiasm from them all day and it actually made our move enjoyable because of their high spirits. What incredible people, they just know what they are doing - from timings of moving (we were in a chain), protecting furniture, to packing the van so everything was secure and not a single thing was damaged. If you are looking around for a removal company that is reliable, professional, with excellent communication every step of the way I could not recommend Alba removals enough!

Absolutely incredible service and care from an amazingly friendly team. Super efficient in getting all of our stuff down 3 floors, and every piece of furniture, box, and even plant was amazingly well looked after. Owen even collected our new house keys for us as he was passing! Amazing guys who really know what they are doing and happy to go the extra mile. Couldn’t recommend enough!

John and Craig and the Team were absolutely Brilliant! They were so friendly and kind and moved us all the way from an upstairs flat in Edinburgh to a house (with no easy access) in Fenland (Cambridgeshire) and they really took it in their stride even though it is such a long way! Special thanks to Owen as well, he kept me well informed and helped to put me at ease during a stressful time! I would have no hesitation recommending Alba Removals!

We really can’t recommend Alba removals enough! We recently moved from a top floor tenement down to a ground floor and the guys couldn’t have been better. Everything was done so carefully but quickly, and they even spent extra time fixing part of an old wardrobe to make sure it was more secure for us in our new place. In November 2022, we downsized from a family house full of furniture to a smaller second floor flat. Owen and his team, of Gary, Ross and the boys, made it easy to achieve. Owen assessed the situation and the team packed carefully, taking half our furniture to the flat and the remainder to a relative. Furniture was wrapped, crockery, pictures etc were individually wrapped and packed. Nothing was broken. The team was efficient, careful and friendly throughout. I would recommend Alba unreservedly.

Great company! Owen, Gary, Konrad and the others were stellar. We booked the packing service also, and it was all done quickly and professionally. Lovely air of calm about them, even when the wife was being a stress-pot.

I recently used alba removals and couldn't have asked for a better team of guys to do it. Owen and his team were super friendly, wanted them to do the move for me when owen came to my flat to make a list of all my stuff and remember him saying that they would look after everything and on the day they didn't disappoint made me feel so comfortable and stress free, would highly recommend them.

We recently had Alba removals help us with our move. From start to finish it was a pleasure and extremely reassuring having Ross and his team on the scene. It was a seamless experience getting everything packed into the van and ready to go.
There were some issues getting everything sorted out on the day, but Ross was very understanding and always made it seem like they were there to help as much as possible. They went above and beyond to get us into our new house and I don't know what we would have done without them. Extremely grateful for all your help!

Would definitely recommend. Gary and the other 2 guys were great. Made moving completely stress free and they were very patient when awaiting keys for new property. Gave great of peace and mind and whole moving process went surprisingly smoothly. Overall from initial quote to phones call checking in prior to move to actual moving day could not recommend these guys more.

Amazing, I would highly recommend. The lads that removed my piano were fab, very strong, worked hard, we’re very determined and cared for my property. At the same time as being really pleasant. Highly recommended
