Super easy to work with everyone at Alchemy. They helped answer any questions I had and the 30 day return period made it easy to test the bike before I felt locked into buying it. One note, once you t... Voir plus

I bought an Alchemy bike 3 summers ago and absolutely love the Arktos. Turns Hard Money and Scraggy into Disneyland for adults. The factory set up is amazing and I'll never have to upgrade anything.... Voir plus

Great customer service (good bottle cages too)
Craig was incredibly helpful with the purchase. I was trying to utilize a discount coupon as well as a prepaid Visa card with a specific balance. Goods also had to be shipped to Canada. It took some finagling but got it all worked out. Happy camper, great customer support
First off I dig my Arktos 150
First off I dig my Arktos 150. The Customer service is excellent. Sent a email with a couple issues Fox transfer post (Fox issue not Alchemy) and bearing issue a little play in the bearing in the linkage. I’ve never had a owner of a company reach out to me to say thank you for buying their product but also to see if everything was good. A big shout out to Craig on getting my issues handled quickly. It’s a good feeling when a company makes you feel that they personable not just a number. These goes from the first day of buying my Arktos 150
Guidelines for Reviewers
Best bikes around…period
The process, the build out of the box and the ease of it all was awesome. The bike is a beast and I love riding here in Maryland. Sure it’s a downhill bike, but it handles the climbs with ease. Sticking with the brand for life. Can’t beat the components that come with the whole setup. I always recommend to my friends that are looking for a new ride.
Excellent Customer Service
Everyone was very helpful and friendly at Alchemy. It was exciting for me to pick up my bike at the store and was an extra touch that Craig went over the suspension settings and an in-depth overview of the Alchemy Arktos.
Awesome Customer Focus
I was approaching eighty and I did not want to give up my passion for bicycle riding. I had logged many years of road riding in Texas and up-and-over the mountains near my Colorado vacation home. I decided to give up road riding in lieu off-road riding. As such, I spent a fair amount of time reviewing various Gravel Bikes.
Alchemy Bikes impressed me with their capability to design and manufacture a very fine product. I contacted Bryce Wood at Alchemy and he answered all my questions was very helpful in explaining the features of the eRonin. Given his thorough understanding for what I wanted it didn’t take long for me to make my decision. The Alchemy eRonin was the way to go.
I assembled the bike when it arrived, and everything well but I did notice a modest shifting issue. I took the bike to my local dealer. They did not sell Alchemy Bikes but analyzed the issue. Alchemy arranged to have the bike shipped to them (without cost). They shipped it back to my local dealer. They not only did they cover the cost of shipping, but they also remunerated the dealer for the effort they put into analyzing and correcting the problem.
In conclusion, the Alchemy Bikes not only produces an excellent product, but they also provided prompt and high-quality service.
Happy Rider
Prompt replies to emails. Product delivered promptly with no issues. I bought bike without test riding so had to trust the info on website and the size guide. I'm 5'10" so normally right on the cusp of med/large. I've ridden med previously. Alchemy size guide had me as a large. I'm glad I went with the recommendation. Mullet set up is proving to be much fun as I hoped. It suits the tracks I ride here in Wanaka, NZ really well. Climbs well and very stable downhill.
It even looks fast 🚴🏻♀️💨
I went to CO, received a fitting for a bike and had my measurements taken in December, the masterpiece arrived to my front door in March…
Hard to sum up my emotions, expectations, and surprise with this bike. To start with it is BEAUTIFUL and even looks FAST. The paint job couldn’t have been executed better and it is seriously, a show stopper, rubber necker etc.. As for the bike itself.. I don’t think I would have believed anyone if they told me how much better/faster I could be on a different/better bike.. I was completely blown away and utterly SHOCKED at how drastic a change this bike makes.
Envision an ice skater on a cold beautiful morning, all you hear is the “swoosh, swoosh, swoosh” of the skates on the ice. I FEEL that when I ride. It is so smooth. It’s like butter. My first thought when I road the bike was, “it’s like I’m on air. I’m riding on air”. It was/is so light. The second realization was how smooth it was. Pedaling, shifting, simply coasting.. it’s one of those things you just HAVE to experience.
I received the bike on a Saturday afternoon and already had a 30+ miler set. Waited until Sunday to switch the pedals. My first ride was Sunday, on a 6.5 mile course (with 1,000+ ft of elevation) around my house. Without even thinking about it I beat my (and my dads) fastest time. I was just enjoying it. I couldn’t believe how much the SAME EFFORT on a different bike, produce BETTER RESULTS.
The next group ride was Tuesday. I started leading about 2 miles in and.. I CRUSHED it. Again, was so surprised that I was going 22 with almost no effort on my part. I ended up averaging 18 for 30 miles! A big first for me. Favorite comments from that night was “who put a rocket up YOUR ass” and “next time you come, bring your OLD bike”.
It’s been almost a year since I’ve had my atlas, I would not have believed anyone had they told me how much of a better rider I am on this bike. I started cycling 2.5 years ago.. I can now hang with our cat 6 group, av 21-22mph on a 30+ mile ride.
If you want to “UP your Game”, jump on the alchemy train. Go get fit by Bryce, meet the gang and see how they make bikes. It is a unique experience that you don’t have to miss.
Alchemy- Great service, Great Staff and Great Bikes
My wife and i flew for Washington DC to visit Alchemy. As a senior citizen with plenty of free time but little or no biking experience I wanted to be able to go on some bike rail-trail adventures. I was hopeful a light weight electric bike would afford me this opportunity.
We made and appointment in advance with Bryce. He could not have been more professional. We visited the factory for several hours and got a detailed tour of the factory, and a personalized fitting. Other staff members stopped by to chat. I asked a ton of questions and Bryce spent a great deal of time answering and explaining to us all of the construction details, operations, and mechanic features.Bryce put in a rush order so I could join my daughter on a lengthy ( for me) upcoming rail-trail ride in South Dakota. Delivery was right on time.
When we came to pick up my new electric bike Bryce spent several more hours with me, gave me riding lessons, and helped me figure out how the load the bike in my rental car.
Months later I still on occasion call Bryce for questions on such things as taillights, bells, biking shoes. Always gracious and accommodating Bryce Wood is a rare true professional.
Don't Overlook Alchemy
I was a bit of a leap of faith when I first considered getting an Alchemy, but so glad I did! I was looking around for a new Enduro bike for the season when I came across the Arktos 150. It seemed like the right fit on paper, and was even better once it arrived. It far exceeded my expectations.
Coming off a similar bike(SB150) it was pretty clear Alchemy knew what they were doing. It was obviously a rider in the design room making effective changes and features.
It is everything I would have changed about my previous bikes. Stiffer frame, modern geo, better spec. Plus they sell kits to change the type of bike you have, you're not 'stuck' with one bike. They spec smart builds on the mountain bikes and price them really well, especially for full Fox Factory and i9. I feel like they are frequently overlooked, and can/should be more popular.
There were a few times I needed small parts or service help, and I was able to get quick support from Alchemy.
Atlas TI - Custom
If you are looking at an Alchemy bike, chances are, like me this isn't your 1st, 2nd or even 3rd bike. I was looking for a special bike and Alchemy delivered. Bryce designed a custom frame for me. From the first ride the bike is everything I wanted it to be and more. The fit is perfect - comfortable and I'm in an efficient position. The bike being TI is smooth and I find faster than my Carbon Italian bike. It's also nice to ride something that was made just for you and is unique.

Wonderful staff & extremely helpful. Love the bike as well
Very good pre-sale support
Very good pre-sale support. Very happy with the Arctos 135 I purchased.
Rogue / Lycos Review
I purchased a new Rogue earlier in '22 and was a bit skeptical, given the new line and lack of reviews. Bryce was phenomenal to work with, as I customized my build kit and peppered him with questions. I've built and bought many previous custom and semi-custom bikes and can say the customer service and process at Alchemy was top notch. I've ridden and raced the bike all year and am very happy with the ride quality and feel. Keep up the great work, Alchemy!
Nice folks that know their bikes!
Nice folks. Very knowledgeable and responsive throughout the demo and purchase steps.
Alchemy Bikes and Staff are AMAZING!
First off, the bikes are amazing! But even more importantly, the customer service is top notch. Craig is so helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure a high quality product and experience.
Thank you!

Custom Ronin and Arktos29
I originally purchased a custom carbon Ronin from Alchemy. Because I am 5'2" I needed custom geometry and I'm a challenging fit with super short legs and a long torso. It was a pleasure to work with Bryce on the tiniest of details and since I was having a frame built exactly for me, I decided to go with a fully custom blingy paint job. It's essentially a forever bike, right? Why would I get anything less than exactly what I want?
The paint job came out so beautifully that I actually cried when I saw it. The bike is fun as hell and I got to stand on the top step with it at a gravel race this summer.
Alchemy has been so extremely pleasant and wonderful to work with over the past couple years that I added an Arktos 29 to my fleet. I had never ridden a 29er before and figured since I was so short it would be awkward, but that bike is so much fun and pedals up technical stuff as easily as it bombs down. I did have a little issue with play in the rear triangle, but with some troubleshooting and customer service we got it fixed.
I have zero hesitation in recommending Alchemy as a brand and often send clients who are looking to build an exceptional or unique bike to check them out (I'm a bike fitter on the Western Slope). I'm sure I'll be adding another review when I replace my road bike with an Atlas this summer :)
