Very poor return packaging
I sent for a Hozelock connector from Amazon that cost £7 and it arrived damaged in a cheap padded envelope. I was amazed when my Alcosense Ultra arrived back in the same type of envelope. I paid £300 for this product originally and would have expected it to have been returned in a secure padded box. It cost me £10 to send it secured in a padded box with Fragile tape on the outside for next day delivery and I expect the same care and attention when it is returned to me.

After Sales the way it should be.
Great after sales service and communications from Alcosense. Unit sent back after the date was wrong, all fixed free of charge and no postage fee either.

I ordered a recalibration. The breathalyser was returned in good time. But it was also upgraded to the most resent version of that model. Very pleased.
