Fabulous place to stay. Just as the description stated! Plenty of parking, close to Snape and Aldeburgh. Wonderful weather so the only thing missing was a hot tub! Very clean and airy. Easy to book and to contact.

Place is always clean and tidy and well equipped. Didn't score 5 as the windows in the front room are all screwed shut - I know they have leaked badly in the past, but it would have been lovely to open the windows. Recognise it is very costly to replace. Also floors could do with a bit of updating - very noisy.

We have used Aldeburgh Coastal cottage for booking our Suffolk holidays for many years now and I can honestly say say we have always experienced wonderful care and attention not only when booking a holiday but if there are any problems while away.
First class company and helpful, kind and attentive staff. I would give them 10 stars!!

Property was in good location with all amenities available nearby.
The house had all facilities and was ideal for 8 West Country golfers. Would thoroughly recommend.

From the moment we booked to the very end of our holiday, the team were absolutely fantastic. Travelling from Australia to the UK via the Middle East came with its challenges, and throughout it all they were incredibly supportive, caring, and reassuring. They truly went above and beyond to listen to our concerns, respond promptly, and make us feel completely supported every step of the way.
Alde Bay Farm – Barn Owl Sanctuary was absolutely amazing and the perfect setting for our family gathering. The house exceeded our expectations and made our time together truly special.
You will be very lucky if you have the opportunity to book this beautiful property and work with such a wonderful, thoughtful team. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

The booking process was very easy to use and the first day contact from the agent was very welcomed on our arrival. We have stayed at Bay Tree Studio many times and the Studio is a great relaxing place to stay in. The Host is always very welcoming and very helpful. Thorepness as always is a wonderful spot on the East Coast. We had a fantastic three day break and will return soon.

Everything went very well. Accommodation was ready early, perfectly clean, and beyond expectations.

House in perfect order as usual when we use Aldeburgh Coastal Cottages. We had a lovely April week with enough sunshine to help us enjoy our walks by the sea (not to mention the wonderful cinnamon buns for breakfast outside!)

House and garden so well looked after , clean and tidy too. We appreciate being phoned en route, ie early, to say house is ready.
It is obviously a much loved home and we always enjoy, on arrival, seeing what new bits and pieces there are. This time it was cushions!
Lovely setting - cross the village green, then a little bridge, and you’re on the Common. Last week the vivid yellow gorse was so beautiful.

Aldeburgh Coastal Cottages were extremely helpful to us from the moment I booked our break, right the way through until we arrived home! At the end of our stay, we realised we had left something behind at the cottage and Aldeburgh Coastal Cottages assisted me and are kindly posting our item back to me, which I was extremely grateful for. They always replied to my emails very quickly and efficiently and we will definitely book through them again on our next trip.

We had a lovely few days at 17 Park Lane - the house was a perfect base for us to explore the area. It has everything we needed, was very comfortable, spacious and clean and just a couple of minutes walk down to the main high street and sea side. Parking outside the property was free and easy.
