In my experience with A-Leads, the cancellation system does not work properly. Even if you cancel the service, their platform continues to show that the account has not been cancelled.
This happened to me personally and eventually turned into a legal dispute. My advice is to be very careful and keep records of all communications and cancellation attempts if you decide to work with this company.
Cancelled twice, still got hit with random charges
I signed up for the 3-day trial, realised the platform wasn’t for me, and cancelled the same day. I cancelled twice, yet A-Leads still attempted to charge my card on two different occasions for two different random amounts ($99 and $59.40). None of these were authorised, and support couldn’t explain why it happened beyond saying "it was just cancelled according to Stripe."
The product itself wasn’t much better. During the trial I had to use credits to unlock emails, then discovered exporting those same leads required more credits. Support insisted it was “free to export,” but the platform blocked me from doing it because I had “used all trial credits.”
When I raised the issue of unauthorised charges, I was told they “automatically apply discounts if the card fails to help out small business owners.” That’s not a discount — that’s taking whatever amount the system can get away with. No communication, no approval, and no accountability for charges after cancellation.
The whole experience felt shady from start to finish. I’ve reported the transactions to my bank and won’t be using this service again.
My experience with A-Leads was misleading and disappointing
My experience with A-Leads was disappointing from the start. Their ads promised 50 free leads with no strings attached, but after signing up and verifying my email, the offer suddenly changed to 2 months free, and then again to just a 3-day trial. That kind of inconsistency shows a lack of transparency and professionalism.
Instead of helping me generate leads or build trust, they wasted my time and used misleading marketing to get sign-ups. If a company can’t be honest about its offers, I can’t trust the quality of its leads or service. I would advise others to be very cautious before providing any information to them.
Fraud or Incompetent (or both) Founder
I was one of the first beta users who supported the founder (Denniz) with his request for early payment before the tool was built. He found innovative ways to keep extending the deadlines to end of week to next week to next month to next to next month.
Finally, after a 2 month delay, he launched a buggy software under the pressure of his first few users asking for refunds. He even promised them that the actually useful features will be shipped in the coming "days" and that everyone who waited through his deadline extensions would be given additional credits as compensation(hint: neither of it happened) .
But that's not the worst part of the experience. The worst part was that he never allowed (at least me) to even use the software for the first payment that he took. He just assumed it was donated money. He launched his useful features after several days from the first beta launch and when i tried to get his support for not being able to use it despite my available credits all i got was radio silence from Denniz and a new invoice from one of his employees!
