One lense already was without prescription. I couldn’t see anything :(

Avoid. Terrible customer service and poor products
Do not order glasses with this company – worst purchase ever. Ordered in April, they were sent without the correct prescription. It took over six weeks following the return of the glasses to be sent a new pair. The new pair broke after three times of wearing. They refuse to provide a refund and say it will be a month before they can even decide what they will do. I needed glasses immediately. It will be four months by the time they come back to me as to what they intend to do. I just want my money back and to get glasses from a reputable company. Terrible customer service

all delivered is in good conditions. please note that if delivery is not possible to do at home address due working hours, i always write the alternative location but courier is always calling from home address while i am at work. Ideally - first - to give yo a call to verify where i am and to decide about delivery point. Simple and personalized.

I don't have a Maltese telephone number. The system forces me to put a Maltese number in. The courier obviously can't reach me every time.

Apart from their price are set low, they offer fast shipping & occasional promotion and free gift option available when we spend Euro 80.00. I find it much better than buying it locally.
