ALE Solutions Avis 

StateFarm should replace ALE Solutions with another service provider. After a fire in my apartment ALE Solutions was supposed to book a hotel for me and then extend it a couple of times. This has been a nightmare! It takes them DAYS and multiple messages and calls on my end to do a simple thing they are supposed to do: book or extend the hotel. I’ve picked the hotel myself, I get approvals from StateFarm myself, I talk to the hotel staff myself to make sure there are rooms available, I tell all this to ALE Solutions but all I get back is “we’re working on this”. The initial booking took over 48 hours. When I arrived to the hotel the booking wasn’t paid for so I had to use my card. After back and forth for the first extension they didn’t pay for the room again and the hotel charged me card. I got the charges reversed, but again - I had to do it myself. I’m on my second extension which I requested on Thursday. It’s Saturday and still nothing.

I have statefarm insurance and these guys are hired to find housing after a fire. First step simple: you would think. Get family in a hotel because house is unlivable. Tells us it's booked. Drive 2hrs and not booked, have to drive back. 3 days later still not booked. Finally call me 4 days later and I'm being polite telling her the issue and she snaps back if you would let me talk. No ma'am I'm not going to be talked to disrespectful because you can't answer why you're not doing your job. Statefarm needs to drop this company. Statefarm is looking like they don't care with these guys. Horrible company can't do it's job and disrespectful on the phone. Update: company got it together and has done a much better job as a response to review. Changing to 4star. At least they care enough to make things right
