If I was able to give a zero star, that’s what I would be writing in this company. They are pathetic. They’re a bunch of losers. I have sent over 10 emails to them about a broken claps with videos and all they do is play games with you and keep sending emails saying oh we’re delayed with our review team like there are nothing but a bunch of liars piece of shit don’t waste your time buying these watches and a description is wrong. I want yellow gold they gave me rose gold for a watch so be aware of what you purchase especially when you’re going overseas to China Japan, where the hell these watches are from all I can say is I’m very unsatisfied. there are nothing but a piece of shit Company do not order from them.

Bought two watches. Reported issue with strap and company continually ignores my messages. Do not buy

Watches are good, but you could buy it cheaper elsewhere

Have ordered several watches and generally been very pleased.

However, the last purchase the strap broke on the first time wearing it. I requested a replacement strap and contacted customer service who rejected my claim.

Very poor service and will not use again.

Ordered a watch I particularly liked, I was planning to wear whilst giving my away daughter last week. Ordered 15th July - contacted customer service - no reply - parceforce, still waiting for updates too , poor service- avoid-
