I can see that your initial order was dispatched within the timeframe we set however this was lost in transit via UPS. Unfortunately we have no control over the parcel once it has been dispatched. We were able to ship out a replacement order for you so please expect this to arrive within 1-2 weeks. Although packages don't usually go missing we hope you can understand the situation and how we have no control once it is handed over to the delivery company.

Such a bad fake, the bottom is made out of a paper like material. The clipper is fake the whole body just feels fake and more like a backpag for 8$ dont biy that for 200€ its such a scam

The Trapstar sling bag you purchased was actually bought straight from the brand themselves, therefore a fake item in this case is 100% impossible. If you are unhappy with your order you can return it within 14 days as long as it is still brand new with all original tags/packaging. Please email our customer service team to start the return.

DO NOT buy from these people, bought a trapstar tracksuit FIRST CLASS never came. Bought in a small and after waiting a few days I contacted them and told me that they were out of smalls and could only offer medium!! After I contacted them.

I ordered a pair of the Nike Fossil Rose dunks, but the order was cancelled almost within an hour of placing it. No explanation or anything. I wrote back asking why, and if it was a size availability issue, then what sizes were actually available? But I haven’t received a response either. I received the refund, so it’s not a money issue. Would just appreciate better communication or atleast a straightforward “unavailable size” notice on the site if it’s not available.

UPS shipping does state that they deliver items within 5-6 business days however this is only an estimate and it is also out of our control once the parcel is handed over to the delivery company. Order 1266 where is my refund …
Ordered a trap star bag out of stock although listed for sale. Then picked a second option explaining it was a present and needed it by 25th August. Received an email will be despatched this morning checked order status nothing about shipping. They don’t respond straight away to emails. Luckily I have paid through Pay Pal so now requesting a refund. On a personal basis I would not recommend this company. Update refund was received after opening a case with Pay Pal. You hope to have me as a customer again not a hope in hell you are simply one of the worst retailers I have dealt with.

If this occurs then we attempt to source the item in from a trusted supplier, however if we aren't able to locate the item you ordered we have to remove the item off of our site and either provide you with a full refund or an alternative option. We try to price items as fairly and competitively as possible. The Trapstar 1.0 bag you ordered came with all the original packaging which is provided by the retailer. The tags for this item would have been the barcode sticker on the plastic packaging itself. We hope this has cleared things up for you.
