Ive obtained prints from them for a project that Ive temporarily set aside due to space and drawing tolerance issues. However I have nothing negative to say about the print quality - its really impressive, with reasonable costs and the pieces seem thoroughly cleaned of any residues.

I received a supply from another project that I started a couple of months ago and I must say the service there wasn't better. Quite the opposite.

ADVICE FOR DEVS: INCLUDING MORE AUTHENTIC PHOTOS OF THE PRINTED DESIGNS WOULD GREATLY HELP VISUALIZE HOW THE ITEMS TRULY APPEAR... I PRINT A LOT OF PARTS AND THIS WOULD BE VERY USEFUL.

Ik ben ook oplicht door fraudeurs via alfamonkey. Is een ander site dan wat het moet zijn. Heb diverse verhalen gelezen en daadwerkelijk klopt het met wat ik momenteel ook ervaar. En dan moet je een account aanmaken bij Bitvavo en chronovalo.com.
Eerst laten ze je geld storten om vervolgens alles te blokkeren waardoor je niks meer kan doen.

Voor Alfamonkey : jullie reageren wel heel erg makkelijk met dat het een misverstand is. Lees niet terug van jullie dat jullie het uit zullen gaan zoeken. En idd. Al die andere reviews zijn waarschijnlijk niet echt. Spijtig dat jullie zo te werk gaan en er niks aan willen doen.

I liked the payment process here. I could use my bank account to send the money over and buy the 3d models. I prefer not to use my credit card online, and they let me pay with Interac. I got emails from them and from Gigadat regarding this purchase.

Plus, their 3D printing plans are great. Big thumbs up from me!

Company used by scammers to hide and take payments thru this platform, I vent on customer care, to and they did not seem that much interested in actioning this, never mind assistant noted that they are not aware any of this. As you can see on reviews, they have been informed about this many times, looks like they don’t care who they cooperate with, as long as they get theirs commision

I came across an advert on facebook showing their printing models. The actual selection on the website is a bit limited, but I found a couple of interesting designs - super excited with the results!!!
I’m curious to see what they come up with next!

The website was easy to navigate but I believe having actual product videos would be beneficial in deciding the size to purchase. Seeing the product in action can sometimes be more helpful.
Apart from that I had a pleasant experience and was thoroughly satisfied with my purchase

Similar to one of the reviews below, I can also confirm this company is linked to fraudulent AI investment/ trading companies.

I spoke to an 'account manager' from SFM Capitals (not to be confused with SFM Capital, which is a legit company). I made an investment of £250 and my bank statement shows the money was paid to Alfa Monkey. A company I had no knowledge of prior, and is in no way relevant to the investment I thought I was making.

I have since tried to withdraw the money and learned that it is all an elaborate scam. Alfa monkey is part of this and is a front for their fraudulent activities and a way of them laundering the money.

I have reported both companies to my banks fraud team, action fraud, the financial conduct authority and the FTC (as both people I spoke to were from the states).

If you are reading this and in a similar position, contact your bank asap to ask them to raise a case and complete a charge back. Also report these people / 'companies' to all the relevant authorities.

Spare me your pathetic response trying to disassociate yourself from the FRAUD. If you are not involved, why are so many of the reviewers mentioning that an account was created for them, with your company, without their consent or knowledge and that the payments they made for investment purposes, ended up being paid to your company.

All positive reviews on here are fake.

quality varies. for example, with my first purchase everything was perfect. on the second one I had to adjust some layers.

I've found a really good service that's professional and reliable and they don't require a minimum order. It's been working out great for me. I used to rely on getting pre-made and delivered but I realized it's much easier to get the design I want sent by email so I can print it myself. Quick turnaround times are crucial for me 💯💯

Trust me I've got some experience with modeling stuff and I think the product quality is on point (even though some models could be priced a bit higher like 10-15% more).
Overall the service is solid and I'd definitely recommend it ❤️❤️❤️

Hey AM crew! Having more format options would be nice. I am not a pro and I usually do not splurge on paid 3D software, so I ended up getting all mixed up. It was only after I formatted everything that I could actually use it!
