horrible experience
horrible experience, we did advertising for a campaign worth about $2k. the result was horrible, total lie on sales calls and also they kept charging my card without authorizing and refuse refunding me

I am sorry to hear this was your experience, and I understand how frustrating that feels. For clarity, all sponsorships and advertising campaigns are governed by the Sponsorship Cancellation Terms that were agreed to at signup, which outline authorization, billing cadence, and refund eligibility in detail. Those terms explain when charges occur and why refunds are not available once a campaign has launched.

I love the ability to connect with people nationwide, not just in my area. I really love the local networking that has started in my neck of the woods as I have been able to branch out to a variety of business types that I didn't even know I needed to be selling to.

I would give zero stars if I could
I tried to remove my data and you don't have me in your database. If I ever gave you access to my contacts list, it was not clear that you would start writing to my entire list. I NEVER gave you permission to do that, and if I did, it was unclear on the site. I would give zero stars if I could. I do not know how this company accessed my email list, but they started emailing my coaching clients out of the blue, asking them to join their network. The DO NOT have my permission to do this, and it is a complete violation of my privacy and the privacy of my clients. This was done ENTIRELY without my permission. When I looked into what was happening online, it said, "Alignable is known for its 'aggressive marketing tactics.'" Watch out!!! Do not give them your information.

Thanks for reaching out, we take privacy extremely seriously at Alignable. I looked into this and found that you opted to connect your address book to Alignable.
Although it is completely optional and not required to use Alignable, connecting your email address book is the fastest, easiest way to build your network on Alignable by including those who you already know, and inviting those who are not yet on the platform.
We do need you to log in to the contact base whether it is an email account or a CRM in order for us to have access. From there you are prompted to accept or deny. You had the option to select all or specific contacts, or even skip the process. You chose not to skip this process, invitations to join Alignable have gone out on your behalf to the contacts you chose.
At this point, I would like to provide you some assurance as to what we will never do. We will never contact anyone in our customer's address books without their permission. We do not sell or rent their contacts either.
Once the invitations are sent, they cannot be rescinded or unsent, however by removing your address book, it will stop further invitations from going out. You will not lose any existing connections that have already been made.
The address book has been removed completely from your account.

Poor customer client advertising
Poor customer client advertising.
Does not convert. Was told I can cancel anytime. But the email system that use is slow and dumb. They want google meet then they aren't there during appointment. I wanted to cancel after 2 months , but the 3rd person emailed and said well you're committed for 3 months.. what a scam. Avoid them really...

When a member signs up for a discounted advertising bundle, there is a clear three month minimum commitment, which is reviewed during the initial call so expectations are set upfront.
