The atmosphere is what I found amazing. More networking and connecting it feels to me. Other places like Linked In feel very uptight, more pushing products and recruiting than connecting. Thank you for making the platform so user friendly too and easy to connect with everyone.

The people I have encountered have been kind, responsive and usually respond in a timely manner. I offer recommendations to those that have good integrity and are basically good people. A nice group of people who help each other and that is a great community. Sales or not, it's nice to know that others have your back!

It's an interesting site. I participate when I can, but it hasn't been a medium that has benefitted me financially. Perhaps I am not using it correctly.

Totally understand—there can be a bit of a learning curve with how to get the most out of Alignable. You might find one of our webinars or a Smart Connect event helpful for picking up tips and meeting folks who could be a great fit for your business.
Limits on connections is disappointing
I was disappointed that now I can only connect with 5 people every month. Its a site where we are supposed to 'CONNECT' with other business owners. seems silly to limit those connections unless you pay. I can use Linkedin instead to connect.

We can see where you’re coming from—connection is at the heart of Alignable, and that limit can feel frustrating. The cap is there to encourage meaningful, thoughtful connections, but if you're looking to grow faster, In person events in your area encourage meaningful connections and allow for connecting on Alignable for free. Smart Connect Events are also a great way to meet a bunch of members within a short hour long time frame.

Alignable has no Business Ethics
Got a email saying I was referred by a friend to this company. I thought it was my web site provider because I knew they were changing their name so I thought Alignable was it so I signed up…. Within one hour I found out it wasn’t so I cancelled my membership.
Got a confirmation letter ten minutes later stating my membership was cancelled but the company still charged me $276.00 for the entire year and stated they would not renew my membership the following year! I have nothing on their site and think it is unethical for them to charge me for a year’s service for nothing! I even lost my web site domain’s name that I have had for 20 years and had to change it to another name.
I have written them several times asking for my money back without a reply. This company sure does not have any business ethics at all! I will be fighting this because it is not right to charge someone for services not rendered! Beware of this company.

Your cancellation of the service and subsequent full deactivation of your account is why we cannot renew you for next year,
The website domain loss would not have anything to do with Alignable as we are only a networking platform, we do not deal in domains, or have any control over any website domain outside of our own. We regret to hear that you also had issues with that.
The Prodigy Offspring of LinkedIn and Amazon!
Alignable is what happens when LinkedIn and Amazon Reviews go on a networking retreat, have one too many cocktails, and wind up raising a child who's obsessed with local (okay, anywhere) business matchmaking. And honestly? That offspring is thriving.
It’s like Speed Dating... but for your business. Thanks to Smart Connects, I've met more interesting and useful people in the last month than I did during my entire awkward phase in college networking events. The "Please Introduce Me" feature is basically the digital equivalent of politely nudging your way into a conversation and actually being welcomed. Revolutionary.
This platform is without question the next big thing for business connections. If you’re not on it yet, you’re basically at a party but standing out by the punch bowl talking to yourself.
Get on there and look me up (honestly, connect with me and I'll figure out something good to say about you).
Now... the downside. The notifications. I’m getting more emails from Alignable than from my mom when I forget to call her. And the constant nudging to upgrade? It’s like a friendly salesperson who lives in your browser and gently reminds you 17 times a day that your life would be better with premium.
But hey ... despite the inbox barrage and upgrade whisper campaign, Alignable is fun, effective, and surprisingly human for a networking platform. Highly recommend it... just maybe adjust your email settings before it starts sending you holiday cards.

Being on Alignable is cool and I have recommended a lot of people to join and my mentees, being a Business Mentor. I have a few suggestions. First, call a "National Channel for a TV Commercial," it will bring you more people to join on this platform. Second, if you create a section for professionals to request other b2b that need services done remotely. This is another way for Alignable to earn funds.

Not getting enough spam calls about private credit? Sign up with alignable
I was hoping that alignable would be a fresh alternative to the pile of junk mail linkedin became but unfortunately the developers can't over come the AI bots selling private credit and marketing schemes. It is already nothing more that another way to add your info to spam databases. Its a shame. The founders had a noble idea.

We are so sorry for your experience. We have ensured that we protect data especially your phone number by giving you the option to list your phone number or not on your page. If you do, you must connect with another member in order for them to click to see the number. You have a low number of connections so this is unlikely where they received your number.
If you have your phone number published on your website, Nextdoor or anywhere else, likely they got the number from there. Unfortunately many of these companies once they have information, sell it to others.
Alignable does not sell, rent, or give any third party any of your information.
