Meeting such talented and insightful business owners has been an absolute pleasure. In the short time I have been apart of Alignable, the networking events have been invaluable.

Actualy this is really cool. My first impresion of the sight was really negative becase I thought it was misreprenting how it conects you to people, but now Im really impressed.

I contacted support about my concerns and they got back to me quickly. And Ive already had multiple people reach out saying they want to start working with me. Its just an extra way to contact people and a great way to remind people what you are doing.

Successfully brining professional people together with different backgrounds and professions is what you do!

This is one of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

After being emailed multiple times by an ad specialist - I decided to run 1 ad in a newsletter. Prior to running it I asked about changing and canceling the ad, he assured me that's not a problem.

After creating an ad in a newsletter, it got 0 views. I understand ads can take time but it was a suspiciously low amount and the leads I had.. well I think they use bots.

I then try to cancel the ad from running again, to find out you aren't able to update your payment method. I reach out to the 'account manager' who then tries to pressuring me into staying. Emailing me 'do you want to succeed in business?' I am pretty direct and tell him I've contacted customer support and to just tell me when he can cancel my ad.

Then I learn that the ad can't be cancelled until 4 months from now? When did they tell me this, they never did. And instead underneath 1 of his emails in the email signature there is a tiny sentence that says 'months run for 4 months minimum'

Then I look online and see hundreds of complaints of the EXACT situation. I email telling him to cancel my ad or I'm calling my credit card company and reporting it as fraud.

The employee, who was very responsive when trying to pressure me into paying for their fraudulent service suddenly stopped responding.

I then called my credit card company and they looked into Alignable and found the same results as me. They suggested cancelling my credit card and issuing me a new one to prevent them from being able to randomly charge me for services in the future (because the complaints mention that a lot)

How does running an ad end with having to cut up your credit card? I'm not sure, but I'm very sure that Alignable is a terrible service and uses bots to make it seem as if there are many people to network with in your area.

EDIT because I can't respond BS Alignable is saying, what they are very conveniently leaving out is I had specifically asked the employee if I'd be able to change or cancel the ad before running it and was told that was not an issue.

The next thing I'd like to correct is he had been responding to me immediately when trying to pressure me into staying by saying things like 'do you want your business to grow' and after I had mentioned for the FIFTH time asking how I could cancel the next month he suddenly stopped responded. His next response only came the next day after I told him I had called my credit company and ON THEIR advice, after reading hundreds of reviews of Alignable, adviced I needed to cancel my business credit card.

Now, customer support is emailing m,e telling me they are 'confused about the situation' as if this isn't something that they regularly see.

DO NOT for a second think that Alignable is a good or transparent company. If you want to actively lose money to a fraudulent service then work with them. If you want to avoid having to get a credit card because that is the only way for them to stop charging you for services they didn't disclose - then you'll love this horrible company.

Alignable now tried to report my review and get it taken off of trust pilot, could this situation be any weirder? Probably not.

Always keeping me up to date and also offering new contacts.

We could not recognize the alignable charge and we disputed with our credit card company because there was no name and it resembled other fraudulent activity not being easily identifiable. They locked our account and its taking days to get anyone to respond even after we alerted our CC that it was a mistake. They charge you at lighting speed. But, they are terrible in helping you resolve problems. We have had 3 executives from our company attempting to reach them. I would seriously hesitate with doing any additional advertising or any upsales with alignable. If you have issues they can take the sweet time in responding once they have your money.

Connected me with more amazing businesses that are interested in London Magazines and Golf and Leisure Magazine and promoting their business.

Alignable does what they say they are going to do. It's a great company with wonderful people on staff. Our business has seen measurable growth and revenue as a result of time spent using the tools and connectivity Alignable provides.

The passion and purpose behind business owners are inspiring. They are dedicated to helping their customers and serve as excellent referral partners.

I really appreciate how Alignable is staying current with new ways to network, match me with both clients and partners, and the LBPOTY contest,

I love the connections with other entrepreneurs and small business owners.

I contacted the Alignable staff about suspicious voting (in Oakland, CA) during 2014 and was given assurances that it was legitimate. The reason I have doubts is because this business snuck in during the LAST WEEK of the contest and stole the show with social media. If he really was a legitimate business then why didn't it surface this year during the 2025 contest???
I realize I'm just a small speck on the map but, after winning the contest the prior 3 years, I have to ask...who is this guy and was he really legit to steal votes away from me? Call me crazy but it seems very sketchy!

This is a great place for networking and sharing information. I am a podcast host and I am happy to expand my audience awareness by posting upcoming episodes on here. I am still fairly new but looking to see how we can continue to grow.

I don’t like how you keep changing the premium plus from 100 to 75.

My experience is more about the limited time I have to explore Alignable.

Alignable is awesome! They support, encourage and uplift one another. The competition is just one way to solidify helping others because you can't win your area without the support of others! I think there needs to be more platforms like it!!! Having a class on navigating and understanding how Alignable works and how to best get the most out of it would be great! I love the break out sessions, but can't always attend as I am the only one on during the day, and feel bad when I need to leave due to a customer coming in.
