Total scam! Stay away from this site.

Got scammed. Tried to cancel order immediately and now they sent me tracking through some random website but from what I’ve read it’s all fake. No one will respond to my. Reporting to BBB.

How this company gets 2. Rating with not one soul giving above one star is incredible. Yes the website is a complete scam. The address is a residential address. Made the mistake of not reviewing prior to a to good to true offer

Same story as everyone else, unfortunately. Charged, never received product, unable to contact anyone. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered two bottles of Chartreuse and never received confirmation or receipt. Payment went to a PayPal account of Debbie Avdi. No response after multiple attempts to contact her. Finally had to contact Capital One and they refunded our money. This website is fraudulent.

Horrible. Ordered whiskey from their bogus website and it gets charged to an overseas account. Stay away!

This site is a fraud. The business phone number is out of Missouri, they state Kentucky and no one answers. The business email address is non deliverable meaning it doesn't exist. I'm glad I did the research before placing an order for some Buffalo Trace Bourbon that was way too low in price.

Absolute Scam. Without even placing an order it screams scam. They are offering this years entire BTAC (Buffalo Trace Antique Collection) line up in a bundle for $89 with free shipping. With over 900 in stock (most retailers are lucky to get a couple bottles a year, not even a full set. Even the big guys get a set or two). For those uniformed, the BTAC collection is some of the most sought after Whisky in the world. They all resell in the thousands individually, and as a complete set, and astronomical ammount. Granted resale prices do not reflect fair retail prices. But still $89 is less than MSRP for a single bottle of this super limited run Whisky that just released.

only received one email confirmation out of 3 orders. one of the orders only received a payment confirmation. sent email through the site/Message Us, no response. paypal transactions hit under different names like Tracy INC, a foreign name, and a myrtle garth. call the number on the site, goes to voicemail. no reply for 4-5 days. when sending emails to them directly to both to their info and help email addresses, all of my emails bounce back as Mail Not Delivered.

Still no replies from the vendor via phone nor email(since it does bounce back when sending emails to them but no visibility if I submit via contact us form)

I'm so glad I went thru paypal(also did pay later so complete purchase was not charged to me upfront). They cancelled the transaction and refunded the payments. Just had to wait 2 to 3 weeks due to PayPal policies.

Pricing for bourbon was too good to be true but I have been lucky with other vendors in the past. thought these prices were within market value.

Will never buy from alineabove.com again. Stay away.

Horrible. Should’ve done research. Paid for my order with PayPal and when it redirected, went to a totally different site and told me payment wasn’t successful - but guess who has a charge hitting their PayPal account? I tried emailing their help numbers - bounce back. Tried calling - generic voicemail. Opened a complaint with PayPal and better get my $178 back. Stay away - scam!!
