Alislam Travels UK

Highly recommend and Great service
I spoke with brother Naseeb ,he was very professional and helpful, he gave me all the details and the right answers was looking for.
Thank you

Adan Youaf is excellent 👌.

I have travelled many times to perform umrahbwith many different travel agents so this was the first time I booked with al-islam travels. Adan (the agent) made the process very simple and was reassuring throughout the whole booking process and my journey. She ensured that I got the best deal with the hotels I chose and ensured that I also had my flights, makkah and madinah hotels ground travel and visas all sorted making it as stress free as possible.

I highly recommend booking with adan of al-islam travels who kept checking up on us from the moment we departed to the moment we returned.

Will deffo be booking again inshallah.

Adan was really responsive and cooperative. Made adjustments according to my needs. Was really nice coordinating with Adan.

Best company and tour operator

I recently booked my flight with this company and the customer service I recieved from Naseeb was excellent as he reassured me continuously throughout our conversation regarding my flights and transfers and also he got me the best deal with Qatar Airline. Was very happy with this deal and would highly recommend this company to everyone. Thank you so much Naseeb for booking my flight ✈️

It was a great experience with them from the start

Brother Sarfraz took all the responsibility of my umhra visa and transport from Jeddah to Makkah

There was a bit backlash from them when I transferred the funds but they resolved it and it went smooth

Highly recommended 👍

Naseeb Is very cooperative
Very respectful and professional
My family had medical issue and he issued my refund straight away
Highly recommend using Al Islam Travels with agent Naseeb

I was attended to by Adan Yousaf. Adan was very knowledgeable, calm and patient. I definitely felt like I was in good hands. Great service. Highly recommend.

Don't book through this company
All fake.
They ask you to send payment to different business account.
They take your money and nothing happens

Outstanding Service from Naseeb! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would like to give a huge thank you to Naseeb for his fantastic help in arranging our Turkey holiday. 🇹🇷✈️

We were looking for a travel package at the very last moment, and Naseeb went above and beyond to find us a great deal that suited our needs and budget. He was extremely helpful, patient, professional and responsive throughout the process.

His effort and dedication made what could have been a stressful last-minute booking feel so easy. 🙌

Highly recommended! If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about finding the best package for you, definitely speak to Naseeb.

Thank you again, Naseeb, for all your hard work! 👏😊

They helped me in my queries and gave good advice.

Very good customer service by
Mr. Jabran .
Very helpful and available.
Good hotel booking and flights.

I was looking for Umrah packages and i get to know about this company, I asked the person dealing with me Bilal alot of queries, he was very professional and helped me alot in giving me customized packages . Quite impressed with politeness and patience showed with me .

Adnan Yousaf helped with finding me a quote for an Umrah trip. He responded quickly to my quries and helped me find a quote within my budget.

If there was a zero only to give to these guys. Do not trust anything they say. They pester you until you book. once you book you don’t hear from them. Very poor service. I booked a package for November and they are giving me problems and trouble. Claim they will always call back. For the sake of your umrah do not have any dealings with them. They will leave your good intentions with a sour treatment. Pay more go elsewhere. All contact centres are abroad. Someone new will answer the phone and ask for your good name lol. The person you need to speak to is never available. Dishonest people. I am now trying to get my money and back and will be reporting them. All other reviews are fake.
