Ordered some bras and says delivered but the courier dumped the parcel for everyone to see and went missing. Contacted the courier who then told me to contact the seller. They said they could send me another parcel but I would have to pay £8 for shipping costs after already paying for my order and delivery! Why should I have to pay for more shipping costs for their courier not delivering my order to the correct address! Don't order from these you wait days for a reply from customer service and get no help whatsoever, then just get ignored because they dont like your reply. I will be fighting for a full refund. Absolutely disgusting company to deal with!

I ordered 2 dresses different sizes,hoping that at least one would fit.Both dresses looked and fit like a bag of s-it.
Same problems as all the previous reviews (if only I had of looked first) Getting nowhere trying to return for a refund,is annoying the life out of me.Lesson Learned.There site should be banned,also keep away from BYCOSTELLO same rubbish and same story two dresses again that I am left with,they had the nerve to offer me 5% back which is £5,they can shove it where the sun 🌞 doesn't shine.So mad with myself altogether over £100 wasted

Wish I could put 0 stars, my card was blocked all because of this site, then my card details were sold on and 2 individuals tried to take money from my acvount

I have been waiting for a return address for the last 2 weeks I have messaged them time and time again but still no response so do not waste your time and money on this site an absolute disgrace.

The size they sent was too big & from China. Emailed them to return it for a smaller size and just kept getting the same response over and over! Do not buy from this site.

I ordered a set of 3 bras. Worse items ever! Fabric was flimsy, the fit was so inaccurate as to be laughable. Offered to return it for a refund. Ignored. Out of a £38 order, I was offered £6 credit off my next purchase!!! As if i would ever order from them again! There should be an option to put a zero star review?

Absolute rip off. Refusing to refund. I will make sure unless my refund is done today i will put them out of business. Absolute pile of crap they have sent me.

The quality of the dress I ordered was totally unacceptable, so I tried to return it by contacting Customer Services. This resulted in a string of emails, mostly automated, either offering discount to keep it (which I declined) or fobbing us off.
Having noticed the different email address provided (in the "Let Alivelyshop know" section below) I tried sending an email there and it got rejected as "Recipient address rejected; User unknown"!!!!!
Still waiting for a conclusion!

I received my order at the start of April and have been trying to return the items since then as they do not fit.

I was told Grace was dealing with my query but she has now disappeared.

I have items that are useless to me and they have taken my money and are ignoring my emails but they keep emailing saying I have a discount.

Disgusting that they are acting like this and if I could give less than 1 star I would. Am going to try and find who owns the company and then bombard them with emails and calls until this gets sorted.

Customer Service.....HA HA there is NONE!!!

You do get an auto response, so I replied, then was asked what was wrong with the jacket, nothing wrong with it, but too big for me and the style didn't suit me, this has gone on and on and on, still not received a return address to return this unwanted, unworn jacket.
I've sent multiple emails now but keep getting the same standard email back.

I will not buy from this site again and will tell my family and friends not to buy from this fake sight.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star there are terrible shoes wr awful jewels were not in the right place contacted them weeks ago said they would send refund I’m still waiting 😡

I ordered my size in bras they showed up way to small i got onto the company they said they would send out a bigger size but didn't receive them very disappointed

worst company ever 74 emails all full of bull---t they had refunded my money to my account ???????? I bought the two tops through Klarna not my bank all the excuses going I have my full refund now but oh my god what a load of lying crooks now I urge all you others to complain to Trading Standards and Facebook get them removed but be careful they are using other company names as well I believe there are at least 3 other companies to the same address included in their scams is a shop front in what looks like Saville Road they are falsifying advertising and breaking the sale of goods act

Absolutely terrible awful and total liars . I have never received my order never had a notification of delivery no tracking number apparently it has been delivered and signed for but it wasn’t me . I am emailing and getting no where no one is replying no more and I am being fobbed off . I’m sure it’s a scam company do not order from this company . Wish I had seen these reviews .

Poor customer service refused a full refund on product that is no suitable. They offered 70% refund. And after alot of email i got a refund. Will never use this company again

Dress is totally different to the picture, terrible quality, no return option. Lesson learned!
