Ordered product over a month ago....have not received it. Tracking looks suspect...have received a few email responses to my "I have not received product- want a refund." The response never addresses my request for refund, just "Im sorry, it is delayed in shipping but will arrive soon."
Pisses me off that I wasted $35.
SCAM.

The ball is a SCAM.
The product on website looks nothing like the product that you receive.
DO NOT ORDER !

Would give this product a zero but can’t!

False advertising & the ball is tiny. Size of a golf ball & not as advertised at all.

My dog played with it for 10 minutes & the battery fell out! So dangerous for any dog. DO NOT purchase this ball.

Charged it & it is still not working. Have emailed them to request a full refund. Based on other reviews, this seems unlikely but I will fight this to the end based on principal!

The balls are very small not what is in the video or pictures. Much too small for a large dog seems like a choking hazard. I ordered 4 and only received 3 and it took almost a month to get here from china

I would rate a zero since it’s been 50 days and no product received. They will not give me a refund and just tell me it’s in customs and there is nothing they can do about it.

The usual - one star review because I can’t leave zero.

I bought 2 balls from them - used one with my dog + family’s dog who are very ball obsessed. One ignored it, the other became so neurotic (not settling down post play time - see dog behaviour trainers input on how detrimental this is).

Currently trying to return it - awful customer service, taking days to get answers and being ignored. Today’s reply was that those are not good justifications to return the unused ball. DESPITE THEIR WEBSITE SAYING IF YOU’RE NOT HAPPY THEY WILL REFUND.

DO NOT TRUST A COMPANY THAT LIES!

I ordered 3 balls. Received one after emailing a few times. Never received the other 2 balls. The first ball broke after 3 days. No refund possible.

I paid for it and I haven't heard anything I would like my money back it's taking too long for what I paid for !!!!

Be very careful with this company, I could describe it as fraud, theft and a scam. After weeks of waiting for my product I sent them an email to cancel my order. They came up with all kinds of excuses why I had not received my order and they could not refund my money. After almost a month I finally received my order I did not open the Tiny Box. I have emailed them 42 times asking them to send me an address so I can return their product. As of today I still have not received a return address. I have reported them to the attorney general and to my bank. Again this is a scam this is theft.

what I received was a very cheap version of what was advertised and bought. I purchased 3 of the "Viral DuraSpin Dog Balls" and after long delay (I suppose they shipped from China) I finally received them. My pointer destroyed them within 5 minutes of play. It wasn't until I decided to submit a review that I realized they bait and switched on me.

Duraspin Ball - very disappointed. Ball is not as stated - it is not "indestructible" and only lasted half an hour, if that. Ball is now a mangled mess and also a choke hazard. Makes a terrible noise on the vinyl and does not work on grass as stated. Got sucker written on my forehead and an expensive lesson learnt. Would not recommend at all. Not even a one star rating. Worst dog toy ever purchased.

It's been 12 days. Gotten no information on if it has been shipped or getting shipped. Spent 30 and now thinking this is a scam site and wanted more people to know

I placed an order the end of June 2025 for 3 DuraSpin dog balls for $46.93 Received an email on 7/4/25 that my order was on the way. Emailed the company on 7/14/25 saying my order hasn't arrived. Received a email reply stating my order just arrived in the US on 7/13/25 and was now with the USPS and shouldn't be much longer. Emailed them again on 7/22/25 as still no order! Called my credit card company to file a claim re: fraud today, and cancelled my order. Do not waste your time or $$ on this company!!

Postage of $6.40 due upon arrival after I paid shipping of $5 with order. Ball was much smaller than expected. I thought I was getting the Tucker size ball. On the order form, there is only one size advertised. I didn't know it was coming from China as I wouldn't have ordered it because the materials used are questionable as they have different standards.

Bought 2xDura spin. This is not a product as advertised. Eg size of ball with Rottweiler video. Ball is tiny. Choke hazard.appears bouncy in advertising. It is rock hard plastic that when vibrating poses a risk to breaking my dogs teeth. Falls apart when my dog gets hold of it. Pressing the on off button does not always work.
Really poor quality expensive junk! Super disappointed
