Rigid contact policies and a lack of neurodivergent accommodations
If you are someone who needs to be actively involved in your case, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. All Cleared in Vancouver enforces a highly rigid contact policy that leaves absolutely no room for flexibility or individual client needs.
As someone navigating Autism and OCD, I require clear, consistent communication and the ability to be hands-on with the details of my case to manage the process effectively and ensure things are done correctly. Instead of working with me to provide a reasonable accommodation, their team strictly adhered to their inflexible communication rules and shut down my attempts to stay engaged.
This refusal to adapt their approach feels highly discriminatory against neurodivergent clients. An administrative service should be willing to meet clients halfway, especially those whose disabilities naturally require a more hands-on, communicative approach. Their complete lack of empathy and rigid structure made an already stressful process significantly worse.

AllCleared operates on a flat-fee model, which allows us to provide our services at a more accessible and predictable cost to everyone. This model also means that our Case Management team follows standardized communication and service processes for all clients, and unfortunately, we’re not always able to provide the highly individualized, ongoing involvement that some clients may require.
For clients who need more hands-on, file-specific guidance and ongoing communication, working directly with an attorney who can dedicate time to an individual matter and bill based on the time required may be a better fit.
That said, we do want to ensure that the service you received was appropriate and that we understand your concerns. A member of our case management team would be happy to connect with you directly to discuss your concerns and work with you to find an approach that provides the support and clarity you’re looking for, while remaining within the services we offer.

Received my US entry waiver with…
Received my US entry waiver with Allcleared. They made the process easy and smooth. Communication with them was easy via email and even phone calls. They handled the entire application process and even dealt with the courts for me. I would not hesitate to use them again for my renewal. Recommend to anyone else wanting to get a waiver.

AllCleared got me all cleared for entry into Canada
AllCleared made it possible for me to enter Canada again after a DUI I had in the US more than 10 years ago. I had previously worked with a different attorney in Canada and my application was rejected. AllCleared took a different approach and successfully guided me and my application through the Criminal Rehabilitation process. Rachel Mahony and everyone I interacted with at AllCleared were helpful and supportive, even when I was a little difficult or a little slow to respond with requested information or documents. I honestly had low expectations based on my previous rejection and I am delighted that the issue has been resolved at last.
