So far I am giving a 5 star review because I sent the money and they sent off the item, with a tracking number. They were quick to respond once I emailed their admin about my initial order. I have not had the issues the others have had at all. Their costumer service is excellent IMO, they told me exactly what to do via payment, the proof of payment they wanted, and followed up with my order shipped off a day after I emailed them asking when that would be. I haven't received the item yet... But I'm just trying share what I've experienced thus far. I will update when I get the item! Hopefully it stays 5 stars.

They are a bunch of thieves!!! I needed medicine for my friend who is dying of cancer. It is not possible to buy this medicine officially in our country, so I ordered it from India. I created and paid for the order. When I wrote to the seller that it was taking too long, he started to wriggle like a snake. First, they allegedly said that the money had not arrived, that I should check my account, that the money had definitely been returned to me. No, it had not been returned to me!!!!! And then they wrote to me that the account where I sent the money was no longer active and that the delivery would be very unsuccessful anyway, because the customs fees had changed. My order number is #20039390. Thieves!!!! Thieves!!!! Thieves!!!!

I vacillated between trusting and distrusting until receiving the products as ordered (to the US, about 4 weeks total after purchase date). The US telephone number they offer is not an active number, and their customer support by email is slow (2-3 days before response). They need more professionalism, which would include more proactive & prompt communication with customers after payment has been sent. Don't leave people in the dark after they have just sent you 100+ USD. But at least, I do now trust AllDayAwake (which is what matters most).

Order went thru easily and meds arrived as promised.

Delivery time was a bit long due to current world circumstances. But these guys kept me informed and tracking was first class. Would recommend for sure.

Initially, I had a lot of doubts, with few choices left, I decided to take my chance and it worked! This company is real and they delivered my order, I was notified at every progress, during the delivery…I will recommend this site for my friends

Very good so far. This is my first order.

I am a little disappointed that the moda is weak. I expected it to work better. I've had them before, and they were stronger than this go around.

I have not received an invoice yet I I can’t really comment.
