It it’s my first time ordering the shipment was fast however the teams hat lime color is not very good quality. The material is hard and stiff, the brim is very stiff as well and it considerably heavy to be a running had. Overall I’m nervous to order any other items for now

I love the quality of the sweatshirt and it is very soft and comfortable. I also bought the ADRC Team hat that has an adjustable strap that stays put for my big head. Shipping was really quick too.

I seem to not be receiving some of the email communications sent out. I never received the email with the Virtual Ambassador list attached. That leads to me think I may be missing other important communications. I don’t know where to upload anything that I’ve done or accomplished, unless I’m just supposed to post it to Instagram. Also, I wasn’t able to receive part of the team gear for ambassadors because they have been out of stock. Lastly, the team hat is pretty heavy material that I have heat concerns with. Also the strap on the back doesn’t stay tight. It continues to loosen completely.

I ran with Devon and his crew in New Jersey last Saturday. Everyone was super inviting and the energy was great . It’s an awesome sense of community. Super positive and fun.

Took a bit to get a response and didn’t really get an answer to my question of switching my bag to the red one after it was back in stock the day after I ordered but the rep was able to help get my order moving and have it arrive just in time for me to take it for my trip so all is great!

I purchased t-shirts and hats in February 5, 2023 and never received the items. Sent several e-mails and asked for customer service number to call but no response. It has been over a month and have not received any shipping information. I also asked for a refund but never got a response.
