I purchased an Office license advertised with a "Lifetime Activation" and a "Free Replacement" guarantee. When the license stopped working and I requested support, the company’s response was unacceptable.
Then, they explicitly told me that because I bought it a few years ago, I should be "fair" and accept that it no longer works, basically admitting that their "Lifetime" promise is a lie. To make matters worse, they stated they would change their website terms to "one year" just to avoid honoring the guarantee I paid for.
This store uses "Lifetime" claims as bait but refuses to provide support when needed, hiding behind the excuse that the low price justifies their lack of integrity. A guarantee is a contract, regardless of the price. Do not trust their advertised terms; they change them whenever it’s convenient for them.
