Allermi Avis 

This nose spray is giving me terrible headaches. I tried to cancel but I can't get access to the specific area to do so on their site. I've contacted customer service numerous times and they refuse to cancel unless I can get to manage my accounts which I can not get to...very fraudulent, as they keep sending more 50 dollar bottles of the same spray....I am going to report them to better business bureau. I now have to cancel my card to get rid of them..disgusting!!!!

I am giving this company one star, and if zero stars were an option, that would more accurately reflect my experience.

I ordered the initial sample understanding that it would take some time to process because the company was creating a “custom” blend based on my allergies. I was willing to wait because I assumed the entire purpose of receiving a sample was to try the product first and determine whether it was appropriate and effective for me before committing to a full order.

Unfortunately, less than a week after signing up for the sample, I was charged for a full order. At that point, I had not even opened or tried the sample, so I had absolutely no way of knowing whether the product would work for me.

When I contacted customer service with my concerns, I felt they were completely dismissed. I was simply told that I had agreed to recurring charges and that my account had now been canceled, so I would not receive any future shipments. That did nothing to address the fact that I had already been charged for a full order before I had a reasonable opportunity to evaluate the sample.

What makes this even more frustrating is that there appears to be no phone number to speak with customer service directly; communication is handled through email. I also received no outreach before the full order was processed and shipped, despite the very short amount of time between requesting the sample and being charged.

As someone who works in healthcare, I find this especially concerning. If a company is offering a customized product based on an individual’s allergies and presenting itself as medically informed or physician-led, I would expect its business practices to prioritize giving customers a reasonable opportunity to determine whether the product is suitable for them before automatically charging them for additional product.

My issue is not simply that this is a subscription. My issue is how quickly the recurring charge occurred, before I had even had the opportunity to try the sample that supposedly came first. In my opinion, that makes the sample feel less like an opportunity to evaluate the product and more like a mechanism for enrolling customers into an automatic shipment.

I canceled my account because I am extremely uncomfortable with these billing practices and disappointed with the way customer service handled my concerns. Consumers should read the subscription and recurring billing terms very carefully before providing payment information.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Not a fan of the huge price increase. Especially for your customers that have been with you since launch.
I’d also like the option to purchase at a lower cost without the saline spray. I’ve been a customer for a while now and I have a stockpile of saline spray. I’m talking like 7 extra bottles

This nasal spray combo product is working. And I'm weaning off of my oral allergy meds. The site is easy to navigate to make any adjustments to your order. So far I really like using it and hope it continues to keep my nose from itching and stuffy..

Allermi works for me, but I will not continue to purchase it out of pocket. My Humana health insurance won't cover the cost, and I can't even purchase it OTC at Centerwell Pharmacy.

Game changer! My Dr. had been prescribing Ipratropium, Nasal steroids (Nasacort), azelastine, etc. But individually they were inconvenient to take and didn't work consistently. And I had suffered rebound from too much Afrin use. Miserable. I discovered Allermi and gave it a try after discussing with my Dr. (He was unaware of the product). It worked so well, I've been using it for well over a year now and my Doctor now recommends it for patients with year-round rhinitis. This product is truly a game changer - at least for me.

I have suffered from sinus congestion for decades. I used to use Afrin, even diluting it with saline to reduce the "addiction" to Afrin. Allermi has worked great since I started using it. I no longer use Afrin. I can breathe freely again!

I didn’t think I’d ever get relief from my symptoms-chronic post nasal drip creating a persistent productive cough and often upper respiratory infections with even a mild cold. No treatments worked. Then I decided to try Allermi. Although the symptoms are not totally gone, I have experienced a great deal of improvement. The Allermi team is awesome and we are still working on tweaking the formula I am using for maximum effect. I am extremely pleased!

Please beware of this company. Totally a scam. Make sure you read the fine print if you get a sample. The sample made my symptoms worse. They shipped me an order afterwards. Now I'm stuck with a useless bottle and it cost me $50. Customer service blew me off.

I have been suffering for 40 years. Allermi has changed my life! I can sleep all night and enjoy being with my friends and family without the constant embarrassment of having to clear my sinuses.

They tell you that you get a free sample. But you find out the following month they charge you $28 for the free sample on your credit card. They are crooks.

I have used Afrin for nasal congestion for decades, knowing it wasn't the best for me. But I tried everything else... shots, Flonase, Astepro, Claritin... you name it, I tried it. So I was skeptical, but hey... it was worth a try. It took me 6 weeks and a formula adjustment, but I've not used Afrin for the past two weeks! Very happy about that!

A couple of comments... I, like others, found that the bottle doesn't last until the next bottle comes. I think this is partially because sometimes I have to take a third dose, although lately that circumstance has diminished. I solved it by pre-ordering so I just keep a bottle on hand. I can sometimes forego the third dose upon congestion by using the Salinity spray which for whatever reason, seems to work more effectively than other salines I've tried. I'm chagrined to often wake at night with congestion. I'm hoping this goes away, and soon. But even then, so far, Allermi seems to be working for me.

Allermi has helped me with my allergies . It has reduced the severity of my symptoms to where I feel better. There are going to be relapses but this has helped me . I have been using Allermi for 4 months . I have made one change which was taken care of rapidly without any issues .

I have been taking allergy meds for 62 years, since I was six years old! I started with the real nasty stuff like chlor-trimeton and Benedryl. I took a lot of naps. I have taken at least a dozen meds over the years. I have been using Allermi for over a year now and it is by FAR the best I have ever used. Not only do I get non-drowsy relief from sneezing, sniffing, and itchy throat, but the bit of decongestant in it keeps my sinuses completely clear. I am not used to that at all. The biggest benefit of that, other than just the pleasure of breathing through both nostrils, is that my CPAP works much better.

My breathing is so much better with this product that is formulated for me. I have never been able to breathe better! This spray saved me! I highly recommend giving it a try to see if it's right for you.

I have been using this for a year and have no problems. Great results continue with zero issues.

Ive had two nasal polyp surgeries and have tried every over and under the counter decongestant all with temporary relief, with horrible side effects. Prednisone was the only thing that relieved my perpetual inflammation. I take a spray or two of Allermi once a day or every other day and im fine..back to normal. Rarely blowing my nose anymore. Everyone is unique in how we react to meds, but this product works for me.. fingers crossed that it keeps working...4 months so far. Stephen

I’ve used this for a week & I’m more clogged up than I’ve ever been. It also drips in the back of your throat and it takes hours to get the taste out of your mouth. After use I’m clear for about an hour and then I’m completely plugged up. Don’t think it’s working

I did the sample. I ordered and received two of my three orders. I then canceled. After trying a few different sprays off the shelf, I went back to Allermi. It just worked better for. I need my nose to work when wearing a mask and using a CPAP machine every night. I feel that the price is a little high, but it works!
