Love these boots!
Originally got sent the wrong tracking number. I sent an email and with in an hour I had the correct one. Took about 10 days to arrive and the box did seem to have been through some chaos but the product was fine! Right size and fit, description was accurate in terms of where the protection is located and quality seems great. I’ve had so many compliments already!

Allgoal has excellent customer service
Allgoal provided superb customer service as they helped me resolve an issue with the usps. Even though this issue was not their fault they still offered to refunded or replace the item while continuing to resolve the issue with the usps. Very happy thier quick responses and friendly, helpful customer service

Shipped the wrong size
Shipped the wrong size, and the quality of the product was substandard. After reaching out to them, they offer us a pair of sandals to make the problem go away. After several attempts to resolve the issue and getting nowhere, I reported the sale to my credit card company.
