Engineer arrived and inspected all Smoke, heat and Carbon Monoxide detectors, did smoke tests and ensured all alarms rang in all locations simultaneously.
He was quick and efficient, even reading the battery expiration date on each detector.

ALC are now my 'go to' provider for all my certification needs. They always do a great job scheduling site visits quickly and efficiently. They communicate well and do a professional job.

They missed the first appointment which had been arranged with tenant and letting agent- but we were not advised there were not coming so tenant waited in unnecessarily. Second date was then rearranged and that went ahead OK.
But then had to wait a few weeks for certificates to come through.
Then when the certificates arrived the EPC said 'poor secondary glazing' and I had just had full spec brand new double glazing installed a few days before the inspection- hence the reason for the new EPC for a better rating. So unbelievable that was missed and incorrectly recorded.
So not overly impressed so far, sadly.
